I was thinking more about using it to simulate the HUD while in the gunner's seat of a chopper
(if I can get it to stop minimising it ) Some guy on the BIS forums said he couldn't get it working for ArmA, but he thinks it's his system so... |

For those who didn't know, there are wolfs, rabbits, hawks and other animals in Armed Assault. I found them from one of the pbo's, but according to the errors in game when I tried to create them with createvehicle command, they are unfinished. Hopefully they'll be in the global release... You can also shoot the seagulls and other birds, so maybe you can finally kill those annoyning spectators in MP... Just informing.

Is that even legal? Yet unknown but I think distributing Armed Assault content via Internet can't be legal. Especially because ArmA isn't released everywhere. -------------------- Former "Uber"-Administrator.

I just drove from Estrella to the military base at Cabo Santa Lucia. I must say Sahrani is very beautiful and as nice the southern "paradise" style of enviroment is I must say the northern part is alot more interesting and nice. Love the eastern europe (OFP) setting. Old factories, propaganda signs etc.

I mostly found them near Corazol. There is one on one of my signatures on BIS forums. |

Another good addition in ArmA, when you have radio disabled (EnableRadio False command), your group members will shout the orders / responses. You can also hear the other group leaders giving orders to their group members. And they actually move their lips! |

They also do that without the enableradio false command, but the further you are away from them, the more it will sound like a radio message -------------------- Homo sapiens non urinat in ventum.

Jesus! That looks like a fish QUOTE(Crankep) Love the eastern europe (OFP) setting. Old factories, propaganda signs etc. Old factories, propaganda signs: okay. But East-European houses just don't make any sense. When you look at the map of Sahrani, you see a lot of Spanish looks names (even in the North), so Sahrani must have been a Spanish colony. So why are there East-European buildings and houses there then? (personally, I just think BIS likes their islands to represent the Czech Republic a little, like they did in Resistance (-> which was fine, but it's just not suitable for an island like Sahrani)) |

Would you recommend I order from CZ or Germany if I am english speaker? Lol, that kinda depends on which of the two languages you speak! *Getting something...* Ok, I think you speak German better. There ya go Seriously though, German is MUCH easier to understand than Czech IMO. Doesn't really matter much anyway, no competition: 1. German copy isn't starforced 2. German copy can be patched to English (sickboy on the BI forums is working on a German patch when German copy is released) 3. German copy is likley to be less buggy (if BIS is actually patching as we speak and hoping to release alongside the German release) |
