Yoma Tools, Worth buying a server to support? Options

Im making my own version of Warfare, and buying a server to run it on, so im hoping to use maybe ACE 2 and a few other mods like a different island and maybe some vehicles and units here and there.

Obviously the only realistic way this will be worth buying the server for is if enough people will use Yoma Tools and download the mods as they join.

Are there any Server owners here that use yoma tools with mods on their pub and find they still get decent traffic?

Are Yoma Tools quite popular even, and as long as i keep the file size under a certain MB ill get good traffic?

Or is it better to just keep it unmodded or else no one will play?
