The New World Order of New U.S.A.
We currently have 1Trillion Military assets, 62 megatropolis cities flying high in the sky and have turn most of the surfaces of the earth back into beautiful nature preserves with a few megatroplis farming cities. Cities with Massive super large warehouse style skyscraper high buildings. Each floor containing six football sized pastures and growing fields. Our Military forces are composed of many different types. We have flying Battleship armed with artillery weaponry, bombing bays, and landing strips for aircraft which we have fully robotic flying aircraft (they are built on the same concept of the robotic vacuum cleaners that came out not too long ago.) We have ground base military as well. We currently have what we call sweeper bots e/w Needlegun&Rail-gun and super-tanks e/w Rail-gun technology. We also have Satellite weapons known as asteroid maker. It collects space debris and melts or compresses it into dense balls or rocks firing them at high rates of speed creating no need to continuously reload it. As for our history of conquest in becoming a top Government? That is..............TOP SECRETE! More information will be revealed at a later time |

I was serious and everything I wrote is possible. That is thanks to me being an inventor and tactician, if I really wanted the headache of ruling everything I could and would, but I have had enough headaches in my lifetime I do not need to start inflicting them on myself.

That is true but still if that is your thing why not use the nation states forums which have a lot more über nations etc? Why do we even have this thread then? I might as well close it, I mean, it's not like you couldn't put all this stuff on nation states . Hell, let's close the whole forum, we could put all this stuff here on the BI forums and save Cervo some money, couldn't we? -------------------- The Rules - Nothing too complicated, follow these and we'll have no problems.

Flying Battleships and Flying Cities are possible. Massive turbines running via personal designs for a energy generating system that requires no fuel of any kind keeping the vessels at an altitude of 30,000 feet with center wheel spinning (via same energy system) stabilizing the air craft in the same way you would hang I bicycle wheel and spin it at a high rate of speed having no problems with controlling it.
Soldiers seeing that robotics are pretty darn close to free reign. With my design of the Robotic movement I would very easily be able to create an Army of 1 billion troops in no time at all. With this countries current state of mass production. This post has been edited by Mabus: Apr 1 2011, 05:53 |

Nation Title: The Republic of Atlantia
------------------------------------ Somewhere off the west coast of Ireland lies the Isle of Atlantia known as the Parliamentary Republic of Atlantia. Atlantia is a large island nation of the western coast of Ireland. Atlantia is roughly rhomboid shaped. There are several hundred lesser islands around the coast of Atlantia the majority of which are in the northern part of the island. Colliding plates (in this case the North American and Eurasian plates) have shaped a great deal of the geology of Atlantia. Mountainous regions divide the country into two. The most extensive range is the Black Mountain Range which quarterize the island. The fauna of Atlantia is quite diverse. The southern parts of the country are of mainly temperate deciduous woodland where as the further North you travel the more abundant coniferous species become such as Norwegian and White Spruce, the most commom species of deciduous tree found in Atlantia is the Red Oak of which there used to be immense forrests of spreading almost to the Black Mountains. The north-south extent of the island (N62 12.391 - N52.295042) experiences prevailing westerly winds though ocean temperatures are quite warm. Ther northern latitudes of interior Atlantia are classified as DFC Subarctic being cooler on average than the surrounding lowlands. The remaining areas feature a British climate. Around 60% of the country's economy is based on the abundance of natural resources, notably the massive reserves of Anthracite coal in the Black Mountains and substantial deposits of Iron ore and Malachite. A further 12-13% comes from the defence industry. Atlantia is a former colony and then dominion of the United Kingdom. The name Atlantia is derived from "Land of the Atlantians" with regards to the City of Atlantis where a settlement has been for over 2000 years. People have inhabited Atlantia since at least the mid Neolithic period though it wasn't until around 2500 years ago that the island obtained what could be called a sizeable population. The original inhabitants were of European hunter-gatherer origin over time migrants from what would become the United Kingdom and Ireland made their way to Atlantia. Today Atlantia is a thriving technologically advanced nation with a population of over 138 million. Whilst industrial expansion and large increases in agriculture and the population have made dents into the natural reserves of Atlantia the country is not as worse off as others. During the late 60s and early 1970s the government passed a bill limiting what could be taken from the land to preserve the reserves and natural beauty of the Island. In recent years there have been amendments to this act to allow greater exploitation of resources however as much as possible of this has been made to be where possible sustainable. Atlantia gets it's power mainly from a mixture of Nuclear and Geothermal power stations which in recent years have replaced the large number of polluting coal fired power stations. There are plans under-way to try to come up with cleaner burning fossil fuel power stations and research is being undertaken to implement a greater use of wave and wind power. The third major source of power in Atlantia comes in the form of Hydro Electricity from the many lakes in Atlantia. Atlantia features an extensive motorway/highway network which circles the island and crosses it in 3 strategic lines as well as several minor routes. An extensive rail network also covers the island (around 80% of the island's inhabited areas have a rail connection of some kind). There are high speed lines between Atlantis, Neuberg and Lilihelm. There are many rivers in Atlantia though the two of greatest importance are the River Epysul and River Agya. The mouth of the River Agya is not far from the city of Atlantis and has 2 major ports on it and the River Epysul runs nearly the entire length of Atlantia. @ pMASTER: I just read through your nation, and noticed that you have almost twice as many soldiers as the entire Bundeswehr will have in a few years, and that you spend almost a quarter of your annual budget on defense. That seems a little optimistic as all NATO members struggle to even maintain the minimum 0.7% (and a lot are unofficially below this percentage), which makes me think that all other ministries will have insufficient funds except for social affairs (I would personally slash that in half to get back at those socialist potheads). Even if considering that the defense budget will only be this high in the transitional period of a few years after the independence, I think your economy would take a dive, with social affairs spending skyrocketing, mass unemployment (which in turn increases the crime figure) and severe loss of tax-revenue. As Bavaria is surrounded by NATO countries (and the cowardly Swiss), there is no reason to resort to a near 25% of GDP, and the building of a reasonable force can be stretched out over a decade or more. All you really need initially are:
-Domestic counter terrorism experts which you can draw from your police force; -Six province-based motorized infantry battalions for disaster-relief, a token military participation in a NATO mission (greatly improves your economic standing and international influence) and to lay the basis for a larger force by setting up the infrastructure and gathering knowledge; -A small airforce to control your airspace. Everything else is not a necessity in the first year or two, many factors take priority over military matters when a country gains independence in a peaceful manner with zero hostile neighbors. Herp-a-Derp! Time for an update! Now with pretty pictures!
["Nation"]: Transhuman Consortium Flag: Background The Transhuman Consortium (founded 1992) combines elements of a international political movement and global organisation. The consortium maintains several "collectives", small nations that have either been formed by, or have pledged themselves to the consortium. In addition the consortium has maintains facilities in a several nations. The consortium's sole goal is the "advancement of humanity". This has inevitably led to a large degree of opposition from various religious groups, culminating in a large number of rallies against attempts by the consortium to expands its influence, particularly in regions close to the middle-east and the "Bible Belt" of the United States. In more extreme cases it has led to the consortium being declared a criminal organization by more religiously motivated governments (most notably when this led to the violent removal of several facilities in ███████, Africa during the civil war of 2006). Though the consortium does not hide, the majority of business arrangements are handled through █████████ Inc. and █████████, these corporations provide the majority of income to the consortium, and provide medical and electronic technology developed by the consortium to the general public. The consortium is separated into 3 groups and 8 subgroups. The business section, consisting of the RDG (research/development group) and BMG (Business Maintenance Group) handle the consortium's public face and subsidiary corporations. The security section, consisting of the ARF, GCF and OIF is responsible for the security of the consortium's assets, as well as ██████████ █████████. Finally, the logistical section, consisting of the LTG, MTG and ATG handle transporting consortium personnel and equipment around the globe. (The consortium does not currently have a branch for orbital logistics, though a contract has been formed with the government of █████████████ for this purpose) The Dresden Proclamation The Dresden proclamation is, in simplistic terms, to "constitution" of the consortium. It is based upon the transhumanist declaration, though, somewhat modified to fit with the consortium's agenda. 1. The consortium shall be led by those found most capable of leadership ("The Proclomate". For every thousand consortium member, there shall be one of these individuals. New proclomators shall be promoted based on individual merit, when required. (Post foundation amendment #4) 1.2. As the consortium requires the need to make decisions quickly, there must always be an odd number of these individuals, therefore, two shall be appointed every other thousandth inductee. 2. The consortium's goal - from which all other objectives must derived - is to aid humanity (or post-humanity) in the development of technologies to better the human condition. (Post foundation amendment #1) 2.1. It has been found that this inevitably brings the consortium into conflict with reactionary groups. While military action against these groups is regrettable, the future needs of the species (or intelligence) as a whole, must be considered more important than empty dogma or patriotism. 3. The consortium recognises the danger of new technology, but believes the needs of the species (or intelligence) as a whole is not suitably served by precautionary principals. 4. The consortium opposes religious and patriotic dogma. Such concepts serve no use to the species. Consortium members are expected to renounce such beliefs upon joining. (Post foundation amendment #3) 4.1. The consortium should not attempt to force non-members to renounce these beliefs. The consortium may work alongside religious or partisan groups, should it serve the main goal. 5. The consortium recognises all intelligence, be it human, artificial or otherwise, to be equal. 6. The consortium recognises the basic rights (life, liberty, property) of all intelligence, and advocates the well being of these. 7. The consortium recognises the property rights of any nation that holds similar beliefs. Government The consortium is ruled by it's three most senior members (known collectively as the proclamate), these three hold the position of "PRC" - proclamator. At the current time (20111127), these compose of: M7/30-PRC (Proclamator Maus) H7/2A-PRC (Proclamator Hand) S7/B6-PRC (Proclamator Scorpius) C7/AC-PRC (Proclamator Cain) W7/9C-PRC (Proclamator Weiss) The proclamate act as a sort of "board of directors" for the consortium, determining the deployment of assets. Once a situation is assessed, and options clearly recognised, the proclamate decide on the best course of action for the consortium. Ranking: The technocratic nature of the consortium means that every member is given a rank, as well as ranks being given to non-members brought on in a support role (ie, local guides). This rank also doubles as an serial number, should the need arise. The basic syntax is: AB/CDEF-GHI, where A is a personal identification (usually a word that holds special meaning to the individual), B is the rank (where D~OR-1, 1~OR-2, 2~OR-5, 3~OR-7, 4~OF-1, 5~OF-2, 6~OF-3 and 7~OF-5), CD is the ID number (randomly generated 4-hex code, 4-digit in D-ranks) and EFG signifies the role of the individual in their unit. For example: F2/B4C3-SAA (Firehound, Rank 2, unit B4C3, Standard Anti-Armour) K4/5142-ATO (Kestrel, Rank 4, unit 5142, Advanced Tactics Operator) R1/5AA5-SRi (Raven, Rank 1, unit 5AA5, Standard Rifle) F3/1A26-SLe (Falcon, Rank 3, unit 1A26, Section Lead) C2/E411-WVC (Crux, Rank 2, unit E411, Wheeled Vehicle Crew) U1/028A-LVC (Union, Rank 1, unit 028A, Logistics Vehicle Crew) HD/0063-DSU (Hotel, Disposable, unit 0063, Disposable Support Unit) LD/0041-RLG (Lima, Disposable, unit 0041, Recruited Local Guide) KD/0223-FOU (Kilo, Disposable, unt 0223, Forward Observation Unit) Common Designations: GCF: StL - Strategic Lead (Equivalent to Battalion Level Commander) MSL - Minor Strategic Lead (Equivalent to Company Level Commander) TLe - Tactical Lead (Equivalent to Platoon Level Commander) SLe - Section Lead (Equivalent Section Level Commander) SRi - Standard Rifle SEn - Standard Entry SAA - Standard Anti-Armour SAD - Standard Air Defense WVC - Wheeled Vehicle Crew TVC - Tracked Vehicle Crew RVC - Rotary Vehicle Crew FVC - Fixed Wing Vehicle Crew SMT - Squad Medical Technician (Equivalent to Corpsman) ARF: GRC - Global Recon Command (Equivalent to Battalion Level Commander) RRC - Regional Recon Command (Equivalent to Company Level Commander) TCO - Tactical Command Operator (Equivalent to Platoon Level Commander) SCO - Section Command Operator (Equivalent to Section Level Commander) CTO - Common Tactics Operator STO - Support Tactics Operator ATO - Advanced Tactics Operator VTO - Vehicle Tactics Operator Other: MTC - Marine Transit Crew MTO - Marine Transit Officer MTS - Marine Transit Security MTM - Marine Transit Medical ATC- Airborne Transit Crew ATS - Airborne Transit Officer LVC - Logistical Vehicle Crew LVS - Logistical Vehicle Security Security Assets TC-GCF The GCF is largest branch of the consortium's security force, used mainly in a defensive role. Has approximately 500 standing members, however, in the event of a crisis the GCF is capable of rapid recruitment from local sympathizers and PMCs. The largest deployment, during the ███████ civil war was believed to be around 2,000 members. Uniform: Field Gray BDU Balaclava Tactical Goggles (mirrored lens) MOLLE Chest Rig.
