Some fairly freaky accidents and situations in Il-2 fairly recently.
 (It still climbed after that!)  (This, despite the H24, didn't. Quite.)  (Broken Arrow... prolly collided with a Tempest I was testing the thing against.) And a bit too close for comfort... testing the B-17G defensive armament against some Italians.

Finally I was able to run the Il-2. I installed a sound mod with the pleasant surprise that the Storch was there!
A shame, but my tailgunner was hit:  And then, myself:  In other test I was hit but my tailgunner remained in position firing with anger his MG:   EDIT: Also, my Logitech Wingman ceased working, so I'm using a PlayStation joystick. I tried the demo, but I really don't see the appeal. Everyone's praising it as the best RTS ever... I really don't think it is.

Nah, it's not very much more to it really. Graphics and sound are all good, but when it comes to gameplay you'll feel like you're repeating the same pattern over and over again. It basically boils down to a boring attack and defend game. I'd give it 6/10 just to be nice.
