AHEM... *bump*
Sorry to have to *bump*, especially since this is my first post here, but i do experience exactly the same problem as mentioned in the above post. Read a few other posts and is the demo is obsolete and unplayable on any newer system? If so, i think it´s absolutely b*ll*cks that no warning or mention of these issues are to be found on the official site! It´s downright a®mateurish and definitely discouraging any potential buyers of the game... Plllease tell me there´s a way i can plllay... Me: AlfaNote JFL92 Laptop (custom built system). Motherboard Chipset: Intel PM965 (Crestline-PM) + ICH8M. IntelCoreDuo2 T9300 @ 2.50GHz. 4GB Kingston RAM, DDR2 SD-RAM PC5300 ~ 333.3MHz. NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT, 512 MB DDR2 SDRAM. Audio: Intel 82801HB ICH8 - High Definition Audio. Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit, SP2. Edit: Oh yeah, and some assurance that the full game would infact work on my system is also welcome! Yes, the demo is an ancient version that still had problems with multi-core processors,64-bit processors, Windows Vista and video cards.
