Hi folks, since I'm a proud owner of ArmedAssault I love driving around on the countryside watching "this" and "that". Unfortunately the vehicles are veeeery slow. So I converted a small script I made for OFP. The Bike's maximal speed (on plain ground) is about 90. That truely sucks, but I didn't want to end up having superbike accelerating to 300 in 5 seconds. I made two video's showing the speedie in action. The first one shows me hitting the pedal to the metal and the second one shows two ai's (ones got a speedbike guess who ) : Here BTW: I am posting this thread in the addon work in progress section because the bike (and cars) will be released as stand-alone units (until the tools are released I'll use the BI models) and the scripts will start up as you place the car/bike (no init command or whatever needed) The OFP bikes worked in Multiplayer haven't checked it in ArmA yet. Edit: the scripting is simple you will easily be able to modify the values if you wann go faster/slower/acceleration whatever -------------------- |
