how pressing is issue ? yes, on those websites maybe once, in some new community parts... dayz it is 99%

dayz community believes that addon is something which they can use anyhow they want , which only stops addonmakers and modders from release public addons

so issue is important , although not in our military Arma community which is correct in 99%
oposite is dayz community @pMaster - dayz community members even dare to say that addon doesn't belong to addonmaker and released content = no copyrights and no permission needed to obtain,

word "opensource" is used to define what many dayz community players, some moders, admins etc. think , because they really believe and say that "if you released addon now it is ours and we can do whatever we want"

athough some of us tried to say to them "addon belongs to addonmaker" they either call you dirty words or say "addon belongs to Bohemia Interactive", when few of us tried to told them this is not true, they either called us dirty words or ignored , one guy heard "stfu" etc. (i was called "whore" or "i will not kiss your ass for addons" etc)
dayz is killing addonmaking because many addonmakers do not want to release content which should be used by players in Arma for free, while in DayZ mods/servers/admins packages it is used to collect money etc.

DayZ community is different than mature military community of Arma, so we have to teach them that addon is made to be played free by end-user (player) of Arma2,

in the past we were doing addons and mods so end-user (player) can put them into addon folder, play missions, create missions in editor etc. etc.
now usage of addons because of dayz changed, some people repack addons, some people put them on servers and want money from players for playing them etc.
donations were accepted in community since ever, but only for orginal authors , dayz sometimes forces donations to for example have "pay-to-win" vip-equipment, or simply to "pay for server" or "donate mod" which mod doesn't created single model neither single texture and whole this mod is "pack other people addon into one zip and set paypal"

and we fight with this if we want still to make addons, mods etc. with safety feeling that end-user downloads our voluntary work for free and noone except authors get cent


Bohemia Tools are released, anyone can make models, islands, animations rtm, whatever,
problem is that they not want to do, not have skill , but have only one skill - how to turn your addons into their financial profit , any suggestion to stop ends with "you whore" etc. (with full approbate from official forum moderation)
if you created content for one mod, they believe that you must give this content to anyone other

there were 2 bugs found , fixed:

- Bradley driver optics was not enabled,
- AT1 from BRDM-1 were not disappearing after fired, now they disappear after fire :]

what is inside , what's changed since last release :
1) config - a lot of bugs fixed, now you can use P85 veh without P85 troops (there is vehicle class "P85 veh BIS crew")
2) weapons - few old weapons get better textures/materials, few weapons were fixed (bugs with muzzle flash on 2-3 AK) new weapons are M43 Redeye, MPiAK74NK, Pzf 44, smg mk. 52, RPG22, RPG26, RPO-A, few Zastavas etc.
3) vehicles - many old textures have been updated (mud and such like details), some models of vehicles were updated too (MUTTs, Jeeps, M113, SKOT, Willys), some vehicles get bug fixes, new vehicles are : M59 APC (Korean War APC , before M113), SA-8, four MTLB variants including SA13, 2S3 Akatsya 152mm sph, British FV432, FV101, FV107 light tanks, four LAV V-150 variants , OT62 (not BTR50), Ural 375, T64BV (T64 with ERA), PBR Mk2, fictional Soviet boat based on HRL from OFP, BRDM (BRDM-1 shown before), FUG, new Jeeps (CJ3, M38A1 Jeep from Korean War), CUCV, CUCV pickup, M577, more M113 variants,
activated "hiddenselectiontexture" on many vehicles (selection name Camo01, Camo02... etc)
4) troops are now divided to "national packs" (on some community requests to play only one nation army)
troops have backpacks working (of course requires both A2 and OA)
5) file P85_troops.pbo no longer exist ! delete old config before using new version (or config with _OA filename)

Polish army and police: addon updated requires CombOps (not only Arma2 but i wanted continue topic, if i should put it into Arrowhead forum than okay, I will move to OA subforum)
1. many bugs fixed (AI Osa was not using rockets against air targets, some cars had bug with driver position),
2. new additions:
- many MTLB variants (repair, medevac, engineering, command),
- many KTO Rosomak (AMV Patria) variants (medevac, apc, Spike ATGM reammo , uparmoured),
- Jelcz truck added ,
- BRM 1 (recon version of BMP),
- Anders prototype IFV added,
- Special forces new units added,
- few more desert-painted rifles added,
3 . some old textures updated with the mud effect,
4. due to lack of free time not all is done how it should be (proxy backpacks and usage of backpacks, fully FLIR on everything, FLIR is still in half-stage ), when I will have lot of free time, those things will be done (full FLIR and backpack compatibility)
5. future plans for this addon except point 4: MTLBU, dividing packs to few addons (police, helicopters, vehicles, weapons, army, other units), animating BRM, animating more hatches, redoing some interiors,

4 addons : Polish army and Police version 2 (first release was 2009, now generaly reworked) , West weapons pack, East Weapons pack, weapon holders ( weapon holders are not competition to other mods, simply it would be stupid if USMC soldier holds Gali, and CDF holds 9A91 )
weapon holders are "look-a-likers" to real armies using those weapons , also squads and platoons are organized to fast and easy make battles
of course addons would not be possible to release without big help of hosting (Cervo, Foxhound), without Dmitri_Harkov config hard work, without YAC, Macko work, Jon , without Pilgrim, Leed, Udaloy, ANZACSAS_Steve and many people , without people who hard tested this every boring day - it would not be working

about TAWS system, strange
witness people say about strange sound of engine
if it was technical failure than , not pilot's, than we will have more questions (as now they say there was not 4 retries to land, but first attempt ???? )
before this plane crushed "because of fog" another plan landed successfully (JAK 40 with journalists) on airfield , can fog appear so much in half hour (probably yes, but no idea) ???
this what first minutes looked like serious pilots bravure and not listening to air control, now looks more strange :|

at the moment prosecutors deny to say that there was order to land there at any cost to not be late on ceremony

for exact cause (or clarifying why they tried to land, why altitude was misjudged ) we have to wait
first there were rumors that plane tried 4 times to land, today they say other way and smaller number of retries
first there were rumors that it was out of curse/perimeter, now that something misleaded altitude and witness heard "strage noise of engines" (people who live by the airfield for some years for sure know how engine sound and if something sounds strange they notify it)
so we have to wait

maybe i even would prefer technical error of machine than pilot's mistake (cause machine was after general repairs in factory few months ago, but it was also very old machine, Poland had no money for new jets and our vips fly old machines )
i have to way and now we have no proof to speculate, every newspaper say opposite thing , complete chaos

ad 1) muslims issue ... i know it, it is generally problem of "too much religious people" , since many many ages religion is used by rulers to wash brains of citizens , followers
the less educated society, the more priest has to rule , the same that to religion comes also to violence, nationalism and etc.
i agree that we have in Europe problems already of groups that "come here to take social benefits, not working, stealing and when arrested saying about racism" , someone told about Spain... Spain, Italy and ... Gypsies that came after Romania joined EU
i saw in TV document about helpless people in Spain, that were robbed on streets by organized groups of 12-14 years old gypsies, that cannot be kicked by police, cause law not allows punish "too young"
so their "thief culture" now is felt by Spanish people, previously we had many of such problems in Poland too, in 90s
but after joining EU, they moved to Spain, Italy etc.
Muslims and their philosophy reminds me "our" philosophy from 500-400 years ago
we say about talibs, we say about "Spain belongs to" , we say about their expansion and rules that are (saying it delicately ) not good... we forget inquisition, wars, colonialism etc.

it is impossible to say to them "learn on our mistakes" , cause in fact many people / nations don't learn on others mistakes

when it comes to "religious" people, they are last persons who will learn anything, cause "if you believe , you don't want any proof" "belief is against rational material reasons"

and i don't need any "Muslims" , i have my own grandma , which was "ultra catholics" and once upon a time she defended one local gangsta "cause he goes to church with wife" and she was telling me that our "dzielnicowy" (local policeman, i don't know how it is in English, such policeman who takes care about his street ) is bad man cause "he lives without church marriage with his woman, they are sinners"
so .. gangsta who rob people was for her "good cause every Sunday is in church" policeman who hunts him is "bad, cause not visit church every Sunday"

when my mother needed money (she had serious health problems, we were very poor in 90s) my grandma gave money to church cause , my mother had divorce and grandma won't help her own daughter "who is sinner" cause "divorce is sin"
i remember (being metal-head) how much comments from old "religious" people i get on my black blouse, jacket etc.
i remember one history from family, my cousin has very "religious" parents, they taught him "sex is sin, live without marriage is sin, condom is sin"
he had to marry girl he never slept with, never lived in one room etc.
after "church mariage" the became pregnant and ... after few months they found they not love, they not fit each other
for normal man it is without doubt "how can you marry someone you not know"
now there is unwanted poor child , they arguing, living in separate flats etc.
all their pain is due to religion
now my cousin is wise
but i remember how he was accusing me of "you won't go to Heaven, you are sinner" when i told him that i live with girl , i know her for year "very well" , cause i cannot imagine to "promise" anything without checking each-other
he also had red face when i told him "if condon for you was sin , than you should do oral sex , and you won't have unwanted poor child"
he shouted at me, we argued very much
now in effect of "religion" there is child who has conflicted parrents, child who not has loving family, but conflict in home
all is due to "religion"

i don't need Muslims talibs examples, i live among catholics in my country , i really have a lot of such examples
problem is in religion as cancer , not in Muslims themselves
Muslim kill gays, Muslims kill Lesbians, Muslims kill those who onanise, Muslims kill for showing face of woman etc.
but in other religions we had also such kills , but 400 years ago

moral rules coming from Christianity should be in law, i agree, but also society should "control" all "priests" to not give them power to wash brains

most of religions agree that "thou shall not kill, thou shall not lie, thou shall not steal"
and it should be learned and forced if necessary
but problem is that people who are religious also fight "love"
cause "if you love, if you care, you won't take a rifle to spoil your blood for Kings"
and it is against rulers interests, they need hateful people , they need frustrated people, cause they can give them uniform and send to war for their own interests (it also works for west culture, but there "profit" replaced "god" )

when i was young and when i was under influence of religious family i had opposite way of thinking than now , but with the age my eyes opened that things that i was told were lies

but to understand it people must have brain , to move from "wrong family" , but when someone has less IQ, than how can you show him "Spain belongs to Spanish people, not to you ?" how can you teach someone "country X should have independence and don't allow your president to send there troops cause you will have terrorist attacks" "country X should have independent economy, not your troops taking their raw materials" - believe me it works on all areas

now in my city (Warsaw) we had protests against building Mosque, and i seen people shouting that those who are against are racists
those who shouted of "political correctness" never seen movie of decapitated woman, i seen, i seen many corpses , shame i cannot force them to look at "beheaded woman who kissed other woman"
what is ironic - among those protestants (calling themselves anti-racist) there were people who not see anything bad in lesbians
so ...
is it not ironic if pro-lesbian is voting for building mosque , while in Saudi Arabia they behead gay and lesbian ???
some basic IQ needed to understand , but seems they have no brain , they have "political correctness" , cause in Muslim country half of those who shouted "stop racism" would be beheaded... but...
according to scientists IQ 100-109 has 25% population, 110-130 has only 10 %, 80-89 has 26% or like this 90-99 25%...

sometimes we just rely on internet, when young people :
- on military forum teenager who watched Rambo says that professional military is wrong about weapons ... or in addons too, when guy 15 years old say to me that i made safety switch on wrong side of rifle or that vest on my soldier is wrong, cause in Ghost Recon it was other way and "he knows the best"
- on digital cameras forum such teenager say that "more zoom and megapixels , better camera"
- on law forum such say that 50 km/h limit is stupid and should be 150 in city and liquidate pedestrians
- on social forum he says "shoot all grannies, cause they walk too slow and takes my seat in bus"

for many politicians it would be good , you are tall and handsome - you have votes
you can send anyone to war, he will kill without problem, he will work like machine etc. he doesn't want to be educated, he want disco
so when he not want learn in school (but choose disco) than we have more fools
and fool is easy to rule
for sure for politicians it would be best way to lower down age

i believe that maybe some short IQ / knowledge test should be before voting
cause in many cases people (mostly young) vote for someone who they only know for his look
i remember many TV debates with politicians , young people were so easy to lie
politician who made something 6 years ago were easy cheating young people that "he was against it, always"
young men not believed "how always, he did exactly this thing but 6-8 years ago, now he lies"

if we would have 2 politicians:

- one: honest man, keeping promises, in past fighting for human rights, having program and points how to change codex, regulation, taxes , but with mustache, short, little disabled (for example not walking good, cause had accident in past), guy says exactly the same on all TV channels during interview,

- second: tall, handsome, showing himself in TV with sportsman, saying "all will be awesome" , he say different things to different people on different TV programs (one program is watched by old, second by young, third by rich, fourth by poor etc. ), he lies, his lies were proven, but guy says "cool, suuuper, awsome" and "our team played fantastic match" etc.

who will be voted by young ??? i know answer from statistics and this answer is "second one"

for many young people (i don't understand) when person shows lies of other person he is "conflict-full, not nice, antipathetic"

i know people on high ranks changing "point of view" when new government arrives after election
people that were saying "you are commie" after "left-wing win" are accusing you of being "right-wing" although day ago they were saying "you are left-wing", but now his director changed, so they also changed...
such people cannot be trusted
but to know it, you need life experience

just at the moment in TV there was about coming back to politics of men who were caught at making criminal acts in past, about guys who told to hidden camera that they don't care about country and only want money... do you think that "young" man will remember words of politicians from 8-10 years ago ? do you think that such 16 years old boy can vote , if things that happen when they were 8 ??
only thing for 16 years old is for me criminal treatment , sentences, prison , cause in some countries such teenager can kill without problems and cannot be sentenced "because too young"

i found how this sh*t works :

when i copy-paste TEXT written in Polish before (for example WORD, Notepad etc. as we usually do to not lost data due to for example broken internet connection or wrong page work) it gives "I can not assume"
when i TYPE text in Polish in fill-in form window than it gives "I bet"

but still "n" word appear, i wrote to them SECOND time yesterday to delete this word that can make problems for Poles with using and to correct "pathetic"

today's discover on translator :

"mogę sie założyć" > "i can not assume" instead of "i bet"

during yesterday's talk with Russians i found reason why this word appears in our langage :]
speaking with Russians (who have the same "slavian" root of language , but different alphabet) i found:

- in Russian, Polish... etc. "murzyn" "negr ( негр )" is neutral , oposite to "czarny"
in Polish "czarny" is offensive
when you will take any dictionary you will see "czarny = Black"
thats why i haven't used "Black", i was afraid that this word is offensive
cause in my language (and Russian, but i don't know how in other slavian languages) "czarny" is offensive and "murzyn / negr/ rasa negroidalna" are "official technical terms" without anything bad in mind
"czarny (black)" will say Skinhead

in our language Czarny is :
- color black ( RGB 0,0,0 )
- defacing word about priest (noun is Linux , Pinguin )
- medium strength (not worst) defacing word about the Black People
- something dirty "cały czarny jesteś" = "you get dirty all yourself"
if someone would like to say wrong thing about person from Africa he would for sure used word that is translated as Black

so i simply was afraid to use word "Black" as is strictly translated to "Czarny" in my language

as you see - "thinking in Polish, typeing in English - makes problems"

- i'm fine...
for Brits or Americans it is like "good morning"
in my country when you ask "how are you?" it means "what is your mood today"
everyone has problems, so NOONE will say "i'm fine" unles he won lottery milion dollars and has harem full of beauties
if someone parent is ill, dog died, car is broken, he will say "i am not fine, this problem, that problem"

for us, for our "culture" it is weird that Americans say "i'm fine" no matter what problems he has in family

like in UK, US , generally in English i observe, everyone is talking using "you", so worker say to boss "you"

in my culture "you" we say only to people we know and they are our friends
if you not know someone, or he is not your friend (like in job, official relations) we speak "proszę Pana" "proszę Pani" (dear sir, dear madam)
for us "can you tell me this, can you give me this" is when you speak to person with close relations or when you feel stronger (like Policeman to drunkard say without respect)
your boss can say "podaj mi to" but you can't , cause he is stronger
director to worker:
- have you got time now to make something and help us in warehouse ?
worker do director:
- yes, i can help sir, i have time i finished my job in this room (not i can help You)
but if you was strictly translating Polish it would be "dear sir, can you please give me this, dear sir, i would like to ask you to giving me that " etc.

you know "savoir vivre" etc.

of course if you will take new edition dictionary (which i hadn't had in home)
you will notice:
czarny: black (color), n*** (pejorative)
murzyn: Black

but in new dictionaries, before yesterday i was in Library and i looked at new printed dictionary
THE SAME SHOULD BE IN GOOGLE TRANSLATOR !!!

when lawyer written application to bureau - you point his mistakes, cause it is his duty to know it (by education and job and function)

and i was told that "pathetic" has only "bad" meaning, so ... should not be such translated and should not appear in this form on Google

but now i was told by people who know English as native, that pathetic is only "bad" word

and "n" word... if you use mostly technical language, learn grammar, you don't look at other meanings (specially when you not have this racism in mind, you simply not care about this cause you see nothing wrong with words you see in translator)
