hi everyone im trying to make a little bit of like a zombie movie but i cant find any way that i can get soldier to fire at civilians and civilians to attack soldiers so my question is is this even possible and if so how can i do it.

You could try setting civilians as enemies using the setfriend command... though I hear there's a lot of bugs with that. You'd be better off using the dotarget and dofire commands.
