No it's not, FFUR is (as the name says) based off of the old FlashFX mod by Nemesis6. I helped test that mod and posted news about it on our dear old ofp.info. I also gave gameplay and balancing advice to Thunderbird who developed it into FFUR/FFSX. So in a way FFUR is awesome because of me. No surprise there obviously Kudos then. The adapted AI turned some old campaign missions into a real challenge...! You know what, seeing how popular replacement mods for an awful lot of games are I can't help but wonder why none of the studios ever had the idea to revamp their old games. -------------------- |

Jeez, I go away for one weekend, and suddenly you've turned into that thieving bastard's little fan club? Whatever happened to AMAR, John?

The whole "modifying and distributing other people's work without permission" thing? You know, that thing you're supposed to working against?
I only know he did it with MiG, but given how much of other people's work was being used it wouldn't surprise me if there were others. -------------------- The Rules - Nothing too complicated, follow these and we'll have no problems.

I only know he did it with MiG, but given how much of other people's work was being used it wouldn't surprise me if there were others. This is why addonmakers are against compilation mods, it's so easy to "forget" silly things like permission requests/denials He's been pretty much out of the community for years now so how about he slap him around for good measure? -------------------- |

He's already been banned here, hasn't he? Flamebaiting Vilas over something to do with P'85, IIRC.

This "thieving little bastard" being Nemesis6? As D@V£ mentioned that he's been banned already for "Flamebaiting Vilas over something to do with P'85, IIRC" (threatening to kill Vilas actually) you should have known that it's Thunderbird we were talking about! And in what way should banning someone from the forum stop us from picking on them? -------------------- |

Man, I'm confused right now. Must be the meds. Wasn't Thunderbird86 the one who launched that zombie mod, I forgot the name.

I thought that was NeMeSiS.
Besides, Project Farmland's Horror Pack 3 is the only zombie addon you'd ever need for OFP ^^ -------------------- The Rules - Nothing too complicated, follow these and we'll have no problems.

Want. Want. Want. Want.
I don't fancy 'screamo' or whatever they call it but the music is really, really good. The intro of "My life" and "Overdose"? Goosebumps stuff! -------------------- |

One. Lindt. It was delicious.
What you do my good lady is take yourself to the sweet shop or anywhere you can obtain Easter confections and revel in the fact they are now all discounted. CHEAP CHOCOLATE! -------------------- |

CHEAP CHOCOLATE! Not over here. The bastards melt it down rather than sell it at a discount! And they don't even let it cascade over a look-alike of Kate Upton! I've renounced all sweets years ago so I could blithely consume sugar-containing soft drinks. These days my daily intake is less than 1900 calories, with the better part coming fom Coke with Orange soda.
It takes so few things to make me happy. -------------------- |
