I believe that's telling you it's to high poly...could be wrong though.
What's the poly count on it?

Don't know, but it's gotta be 'too many'...

That's what the message is already telling me, I wanna know how to fix withouth having to reduce the number of polygons of my model!

Not much you can do, chap I know says theres a function in max that will let you optimise the model (reduce poly count) without significant loss of detail. Something you could look into, I'll give him a shout tonight and find out.
