Rank Structure/Policy

In the 4th Infantry Division there is a simple and strict ranking policy to help administrative path and keep a good hold on organized structure. Follow these steps:
Step 1 (Recruits Benefits): A Recruit is always able to recruit his/her friend(s) into the 4th Infantry Division, this action will give the soldier who inspired his/her friend(s) to visit the Recruiting NCO In-Charge (NCOIC) a promotion, commonly to Private E-2 (PV2). A Recruit may also earn an additional rank by attending a “Stripes For Skills” session, where he/she will review and test over skills that have been instructed in either 4th Infantry Division drill and/or simple army knowledge sessions. Besides all of the benefits a recruit are offered to earn additional rank, a recruit will always follow the normal path of progress that is, Time in Service (TIS), also will earn promotion points during deployments and awards received during a deployment.
Step 2 (Deployments): During a deployment on foreign soil, a soldier will receive promotion points and will receive marks on his/her class-a uniform that he/she received in Basic Combat Training during Red Phase. Each mark will resemble 10 points that the soldier has received during deployment (if a medal is received the points that come with it will not be added as marks, the medal will be worn to signify the points the soldier is given).

In the 4th Infantry Division everyone must take part in Basic Combat Training (BCT), and Advanced Individualized Training (AIT). The 4th Infantry Division offers a hand-full of additional schools that may be taken, although certain MOS require a variety of schools.
