NATO SF and RUSSIAN SPETSNAZ WEAPONS for A3


Hi all,

Here’s another update of my NATO SF and Spetsnaz weapons pack.
This time I’ve included more weapons like new guerrilla weapons (MP40, Sten…), P226, M27 IAR, AA-12, PKP Pecheneg, and also updated weapons models for HK416/417, Grach and AKM/AKMS, I’ve also fixed some more issues that emerged from latest upgrade.
The pack features now updated facegear and new gas-mask, and also ported A2 backpacks that will equip my units packs.
I will keep working on these weapons and on all my other addons in the spare time I’ll have, thanks again for all reports and suggestions wink.gif

You’ll find all the other changes in the changelog.

Description
The weapons that equip my SF units will be found in the editor in 3 ammo boxes divided by sides as follow:

I used what I found on web as reference sources.

Features:

Installation.
Put the addon in "mod folder" of your preference and load it trough steam app properties, weapon boxes are in editor as follow:
Empty >> Ammo >> NATO SF\Spetsnaz Weapons: All weapons

Empty >> Ammo >> NATO SF Weapons: US,UK and italian SF weapons with optics

Empty >> Ammo >> NATO SCARs Weapons: SCARs weapons with optics

Empty >> Ammo >> Spetsnaz Weapons: GRU Spetsnaz weapons with optics



Please remember to REMOVE the old "mas_us_rifle_fhq_c.pbo" since it will brake the new version of the addon.

If you wish to use FHQ/RH/ecc.. accessories just add to modfolder the ASDG joint rails optional config called : "asdg_jointrails_mas_weapons.pbo" and overwrite the "mas_us_rifle_c.pbo" with the one included in the ASDG optional config folder, this will make weapons compatible with them.
IF YOU WANT TO REVERT TO STANDARD WEAPONS REMEMBER TO OVERWRITE THE "mas_us_rifle_c.pbo" WITH THE ORIGINAL ONE!

If you wish to add ACE3 optional config just copy the file "mas_us_rifle_ace3_c.pbo" in your mod folder and this will make my ATGM to fire in javelin lock mode, make RPG18, M72 LAW and M136 diposable lanchers and add HUNT-IR granedes to all underbarrel granade launchers.

NEW AMMO NOTES:
- To use Sub-sonic ammo: just load SD magazines, they're available in 5,56x45 - 5,45x39 - 7,62x39 - 7,62x51 - 46x30 , tested with AI
- To use blank-rounds: you will need specific weapons: M4 T, M16 T, M14 T, AK74M T and AKM T, only those weapons are able to load blank rounds magazines (avoid issues).
- for all classnames please refer to the included pdf/classlist files.

Hi all,

I'm releasing an updated version of my NATO SF and Russian Spetsnaz WEAPONS pack.
In this update I've reworked all the Handanims to fit better the weapons, now hand positioning should be ok for all the weapons wink.gif
I've also added MP5SD6, with a special variant (just config edit, same model) which is able to fire underwater, in order to equip my unit's scuba with them.
You'll also find a PDF guide inside the folder with pictures and all the classnames for weapons, magazines and so on.
There're also other fix (like suppressor fire modes) that you'll find in the changelog. I'll update my unit's packs too in these days smile.gif !

Hi all,

I'm releasing an updated version of my NATO SF and Russian Spetsnaz WEAPONS pack.

In this update I've reworked most part of the textures, they’re not best quality (still need help for that), but should fit better the weapons wink.gif

I've also added M24 sniper rifle, as requested, and fixed most of the errors reported by many users (thanks to all of you for reporting and contributing!), as listed in the changelog.

This should be last beta version, until urgent fix required, then addon will move in final stage and I’ll include also additional configs (like Alwarren accessories compatibility) after final game release.

Thanks again for reporting and collaborating in improving this pack!.

I'll update my unit's packs too in these days smile.gif !

I've just fixed the suppressor’s config in order to keep correct fire modes and rate of fire for all the weapons.

Hi all,

I'm releasing an updated beta version of my NATO SF and Russian Spetsnaz WEAPONS pack.
In this update I’ve added short barrel CQB variants for HK416 , HK416 M203, M4A1, M4A1 M203, for all the camos.
I fixed the correct names of the Zastava rifles, as pointed out by some users, and corrected their Russian counterparts AKM, AKMS, SVD and RPK models, that now should be closer to their real counterparts.
I’ve also included an Optional config to make the weapons compatible with Alwarren FHQ accessories pack, of course if you like to run them you’ll need the FHQ accessories pack installed, that means that FHQ Accessory pack is NOT required by standard weapons, but if you like ‘em (like me) wink.gif you just have to add the optional “mas_us_rifle_FHQ_c” config file to make my weapons compatible with them, and you’ll also find those accessories in the NATO\Spetsnaz ammo crates.
There’re also few more fixes you’ll find in the readme.

Hi all,

I'm releasing an updated version of my NATO SF and Russian Spetsnaz WEAPONS pack for final A3 release.

In this version I’ve included new HK 417 and HK 417 M203 short barrel versions in all camo.

There’re also HK G3 and HK G3 M203 in fixed and folding stock version, plus the MG3, those weapons will equip my new unit project that is still WIP.

There’re also few more fixes you’ll find in the readme.

This version is fully compatible with the A3 final release and include as for previous version an optional config for FHQ accessories.

Hi all,
I’ve updated my weapon pack in the few spare time I’ve got wink.gif

First of all I’d like to thanks BI for releasing their great A2/OA MLODs wich made possible to include in this update new weapons such as A-A launchers, A-T launchers, Bizon, FN FAL, shotguns, and also Vilas again for a compete new family of Ak74M and Ak74M GL with rails for Special Forces.

I tried to fix few issues reported by users, work is still slowly proceeding, the addon is still under development and I’ll work in spare time to complete the pack (for now future plans include adding SCAR family rifles in near future to equip my US Rangers).

Hope you’ll enjoy the update, off course I’ll update as soon as possible also my units in order to equip them with the new weapons included in this pack , and thank you very much to all of you for your support and suggestions wink.gif !

As promised I’ve updated my weapon pack in the few spare time I’ve got wink.gif

First of all I’d like to thanks Pepe Hal for the temporary Sound fix wich made possible to continue using the addons until this update, thank you and thanks to all your collaborators!

Anyway this Temporary Sound Fix is NO MORE NEEDED and using it will brake the addon!

This new version features also several additions like: SCAR-L and SCAR-L short barrel both in standard and EGLM versions, SCAR-H in standard and EGLM versions, SCAR-H Marksman version and M110 Marksman Rifle.
Off course in future US Ranger update I’ll give them those new SCARs.

Also I’ve added SA61 skorpion and Micro UZI submachinegunes wich are in handgun slots, and I’ve added with Raven DK help a 3D Acog, wich still need a lot of work anyway, I’ve also fixed the RPG7/18 – M136 – Strela – Stinger Ironsights zoom to make them effective and usable, and added mass to the weapons.

Hope you’ll enjoy the update, off course I’ll update in the future also my units in order to equip them with the new weapons included in this pack , and thank you very much to all of you for your support and suggestions !

I'm releasing a quick update that should include most of the features requested after last update.

Mainly there are the new L119A1 (UK C8 carabine) rifles in all camo, included M203 and UGL, that will equip my UK Spec Ops units shortly, and I've set all accessoried weapons to scope = 1 , so now only BASE CLASSES will be listed, but this will not effect the units equipped with them.

Hi all,
I’ve updated my weapon pack.

This new version features very little weapon’s addition, but tries to fix and improve weapon’s textures and animations.

I’ve reworked all basic and camo textures and fixed the animation errors, also thanks to TIGG I’ve added great new back folding sights, magazine’s pulls and e-mag on M4, HKs, L119 and US sniper rifles, and thanks to Toadie for his great Aks reload animations!

There’re also few other fixies you’ll find in the changelog.

The weapons that equip my SF units will be found in the editor in 3 ammo boxes divided by sides as follow:

Please remember to REMOVE the old "mas_us_rifle_fhq_c.pbo" since it will brake the new version of the addon.

If you wish to use FHQ accessories just add to modfolder the ASDG joint rails optional config called : "asdg_jointrails_mas_weapons.pbo" and it will make weapons compatible with them.

Hi all,

I’m releasing an updated version of my weapons which features a lot of new models thanks to the help of may authors like TIGG, Tom3dJay, BrianB233, Shortez, Arby26, ImBrokeRU, Alwarren, Vilas and all the other you’ll find in credits, without them this updated would not have been possible.

As I said I replaced some of previous weapon’s models with new, more detailed, ones like for m4, l119, hk416-417, sr25, m16, akm, akms, ak74m, aks74, ak74, ak SF, aks74u, mp7, weapons boxes.

Whether you’re already using this mod or not I advice to take a look at it since a lot changed since the very beginning and I’m quite happy with the results, thanks to the great authors of the models and off course all the user’s feedback!

There’re also few other fixies and additions, like the new MP7 now available both in the primary and secondary weapon’slots and capable to mount IR pointers, or the new flashlight/IR pointers for handguns, and more you’ll find in the changelog.

Hi all,

I’m releasing an updated version of my weapons which adds new ARX160 both standard and equipped with grenade launcher, and in long barrel black and short barrel tan versions.
Also there are new AK12 both standard and GL , plus other fixies to models, like AKs stock and ironsight size, and config fixies that you’ll find in the chengelog.
The standard Ak now accepts only Russian sight, while the Ak with rails are able to mount also standard optics.

Hi all,

Finally I found the time to release an updated version of my weapons, I’m sorry for the long wait and for all the issues it caused.
This version should fix all the problems I red on the forums so far, and also update the weapons with bipods capability, it also set A3 sounds for all the weapons, since the old sounds were reported to create problems in some users.
I will keep working on these weapons and on all my other addons in the spare time I’ll have, thanks again for all reportings and for your patience wink.gif

You’ll find all the other changes in the changelog.

Installation.
Put the addon in "mod folder" of your preference and load it trough steam app properties, weapon boxes are in editor as follow:
Empty >> Ammo >> NATO SF\Spetsnaz Weapons: All weapons

Empty >> Ammo >> NATO SF Weapons: US,UK and italian SF weapons with optics

Empty >> Ammo >> NATO SCARs Weapons: SCARs weapons with optics

Empty >> Ammo >> Spetsnaz Weapons: GRU Spetsnaz weapons with optics



Please remember to REMOVE the old "mas_us_rifle_fhq_c.pbo" since it will brake the new version of the addon.

If you wish to use FHQ/RH/ecc.. accessories just add to modfolder the ASDG joint rails optional config called : "asdg_jointrails_mas_weapons.pbo" and overwrite the "mas_us_rifle_c.pbo" with the one included in the ASDG optional config folder, this will make weapons compatible with them.
IF YOU WANT TO REVERT TO STANDARD WEAPONS REMEMBER TO OVERWRITE THE "mas_us_rifle_c.pbo" WITH THE ORIGINAL ONE!

If you wish to add ACE3 optional config just copy the file "mas_us_rifle_ace3_c.pbo" in your mod folder and this will make my ATGM to fire in javelin lock mode, make RPG18, M72 LAW and M136 diposable lanchers and add HUNT-IR granedes to all underbarrel granade launchers.

NEW AMMO NOTES:
- To use Sub-sonic ammo: just load SD magazines, they're available in 5,56x45 - 5,45x39 - 7,62x39 - 7,62x51 - 46x30 , tested with AI
- To use blank-rounds: you will need specific weapons: M4 T, M16 T, M14 T, AK74M T and AKM T, only those weapons are able to load blank rounds magazines (avoid issues).
- for all classnames please refer to the included pdf/classlist files.

NATO SF and RUSSIAN SPETSNAZ WEAPONS for A3


Hi all,

Here’s another update of my NATO SF and Spetsnaz weapons pack.
This time I’ve included more weapons like new guerrilla weapons (MP40, Sten…), P226, M27 IAR, AA-12, PKP Pecheneg, and also updated weapons models for HK416/417, Grach and AKM/AKMS, I’ve also fixed some more issues that emerged from latest upgrade.
The pack features now updated facegear and new gas-mask, and also ported A2 backpacks that will equip my units packs.
I will keep working on these weapons and on all my other addons in the spare time I’ll have, thanks again for all reports and suggestions wink.gif

You’ll find all the other changes in the changelog.
