Help with Foyal Flush Campaign (arms dealer) Options

Hello all,

I just started playing Armed Assault a few days ago (I bought the US Gold edition which includes Combat operations and Queen's Gambit), and this is my first post. I am currently having trouble buying weapons from the arms dealer for the first mission which requires you to interact with him. In the mission briefing it says that you should be silenced weapons, and also a sniper rifle, while also buying a flare and a weapon that can launch it. My problem is, I can't buy more than one primary weapon at a time (for instance, I can't buy both an assault rifle w/ grenade launcher and also a sniper rifle and other silenced weapons). Are you supposed to equip yourself with all of these weapons or can you also equip your teammates? If you're allowed to equip your teammates i don't know how to do it, could i get some help here? Thanks a lot
