Because missions and campaigns is also some kind of addons for ArmA, i decide to create this topic here.
Campaign developed by Sansey Version: ArmA 1.08 Queen's Gambit or higher. Campaign was tested by OTK creative collective. We can only surmise, what interests have clashed on this island country, we can only imagine, how would events had developed, if the government was more complaisant. There's only one thing we can say for sure: all the time you will spend together with a military school cadet, whose fate has thrown him into the thick of things, won't leave you uninterested in release of a new "Range Of Death" campaign. Not bad, but NeM Zombies are damnly laggy. There is a bug with one script which blocks nearly all game! I prefer to you to changr zombies for those normals.

-NEM_ZOMBIES.pbo - Changed specially for campaign CZM (Crappy Zombie Mod) It not so laggy as normal I once made a low spec version of the zombies, it missed most of the features of the normal version (and had some turned off by default, i also think that they were completely undocumented), theoretically you could place thousands of them without them clogging up your CPU, however when placing too much of them would cause them to stand still instead of moving to their target, especially on slower CPU's, though the FPS would never get below 25 on my x2 4200+, all of them on my screen at the same time caused a bigger FPSdrop actually. But for some reason it was mostly ignored. (Except for the KAOS_Zombies which were based on those IIRC, and people who actually read the BI forums but that's only a small part of the community) Anyway, i'll definitely try this. But I got lag only when zombie is killed nad I am lookng at him. After just a ONE situation like that I can change to other mission without turing off the game and laaaaaaag stays!

And I'm done!
As usual, great work from the OTK team. The music was fitting, the cutscenes were well played out, the voice acting was good and the gameplay was near-perfect. The only thing I didn't really like was the ending... don't get me wrong, it was done well, but it doesn't really feel like an ending. 28 weeks later did this too, the ending just came when I wasn't expecting it. It feels a bit like much more was intended, but was cut short. All in all though, this is pretty minor really. Check about all addons you need to play. All installed correct?

Too bugged.
I have not finished it yet, I had to skip two missions because they were bugged, now I am at the first mission after the island and ArmA freezes when I start it.... |

Too bugged. Possible, it just too smart for you? I say again - if all condition is done (QG, Arma 1.08, addons included and addons at links) - campaign work very good. For those who buy QG and didnt know how it make enabled - write -mod=DBE1 in shotcut. Addons must be in Addons folder Disable any other addons and mods. And try again. Many people can start it and play it. Without any troubles. So, if it was - if you have troubles - its only your troubles and your bent hands. ok, lets again.
Show me please screenshots - your Addons folder, your ArmA folder, text from your shotcut, your Dta folder. For en example My shotcut - "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\beta\arma.exe" -maxmem=1024 -mod=beta -mod=DBE1 -mod=@zomb -mod=FDF_Sounds -nosplash My Arma Addons folder - My Arma folder - Addons for campaign - Dta folder - If you make the same condition - it MUST be work! Great Campaign there are some few minor bugs but its good anyway.

Hey uh I really need help with this,
on the mission where your holding position at Carmen, after the car comes up and the *you know what* happens Theyre all like people are approaching from east! and then you hear the zombie sounds, and nothing happens, am i supposed to do something? Because i sat there for 30 minutes, i just turned on my tv and started waiting, but then nothing happened, everyone is just sitting there and the zombie noises can still be heard... nothing happens. is there something im supposed to do or something? anyway thanks, and this campaign does seem really cool. |

Just finished the campaign and I've got to say that OTK has yet again impressed me. Good work. Didn't encounter any bugs or other issues. I'd love to see a sequel to this!
