Hallo all!!

I'm in a problem here, from where I come from (argentina) games are REALLY expensive, and I'm thinking in buying ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead or Battlefield: Bad Company 2 !!!

I've seen a lot of gameplays but I still can't decide !!!

So, if you were living in my country (wich the store prices equal it's 4th time price) witch one of those both would YOU buy?!

PD: The prices are the Steam ones, I got steam and if I buy them it'll be on steam.
PDD: I am aware that they're TOTALLY different game types... But still on, wich one?!

i think, this is rather strange problem. first of all this games are completely different. i don't think that it's difficult to decide which type of the game you prefer better - arcade (bfbc2) or military simulator (arma2 OA).

but some people likes both types of games equally. (i for example ) what about me, i dislike bfbc2 much. i play bf2 for 3 years, and gameplay bfbc2 was a disappointment for me. (only for me, not for "casual" players, because it is about cybersports ) so, if i were you i'd prefer arma2 OA as it is a great game, with both good singleplayer and multiplayer, and bfbk2 is popular multiplayer shooter, which soon may be replaced with other popular multiplayer shooter

I'd still got to think about it.. 'cause i LITERALLY, DEDICATED my life to Call of Duty (1,2,3,4MW,5WAW,6MW2,7BO)
And really, i coulnd't live without them :S

But ArmA.... It really ALMOST got me out of it
ArmA Really 'abducted' me into it... I started playin ArmA when a friend of mine said to me: Wanna know about a game that you'll NEVER stop playing?
And, he said "Armed Assault" and i bought it online as my 1st game online... really loved it, but it had ups and downs.. cod4 at one, arma then, cod4, arma, cod4, arma
until MW2 went out.. then i bought it, and i yet couldn't stop playing it.. until some ass hacked a server i went into (in steam you don't choose the servers, it does it for u) so i leveld up to 70 when i quitted the server... then i entered prestige and it happened to me 4 times more still couldn't get to 70 alone

Then ArmA II, a guy just said to me "want it?" and he gave it to me for free o.o.. then i messed it up some times and i had to dl it again.. until a problem happened to the guy and i didn't have it anymore.. so i'm with ArmA 23/7 (1/7 splinter cell )

'till now it's truth.. i could NEVER stop playing ArmA since 2 years from now.

Please, keep letting opinions and voting, no limitations!

Actually, Dave, I 'kinda' did... but I just want to be sure about it.. I mean, one day I say: It's decided, I WILL but ArmA II: OA, but when I'm about to press the button I think: Oh.. what if i really don't want to, or I shouldn't?!

Well lads... I gladly made up my mind throughout my friend's opinions and reviews and YouTube.com.

I'm going for ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead!!!

Already downloading from Steam :D:D

Hopefully we can play toghether some time pals !
