Mounting an ACOG like that would never ever work you'd need one of these to mount it on.

With all due respect to your plans, maybe you would consider not making another m16a2?...
You are a very creative addonmaker, and another m16 in ArmA is just not something very original, especially after the RH M16\M4 weapon pack... http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/36367 - a good example of AUG - a possible replacement for you M16? Maybe? Or if it's M16 that you absolutely have to add, why not add something VERY oroginal, like this 7.62 M16 version? http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/24302 Espceially since your weapon pack needs a 7.62 weapon: SLA have AKMs, US forces have M14dmr, but what about the Republic Of Leskap?.. (another little "bug" - in the 1st person view the magazine of the non-scoped version of the FNC will separate when you reaload, but it is not "animated" in the 3rd person view (probably the very first lod?) I have actually scrapped plans for the M16 (just was worth my time making one).
I do have an old Steyr Model laying around, but i prefer to use AAW F88 Pack. -------------------- |

U like tortures??
Many weapons in that pack have no n-maps, terrible recoil, sights are... like Vilas likes to say - "not realistic", sounds must be the only good part of that pack. ADF Augs are baaad. |

Well as a former aussie soldier myself, i guess my answer would be bias.
Enough about the AAW F88 Pack. Today i started more work on the FNC C-MAG 100, although to my knowledge i dont know if the FNC can be C-MAG mounted, but i have designed a Squad Support Weapon varient consisting of a C-MAG and Bipod attached to currant FNC. Also continuing work on AKS-74, a Camo Version, a weapon of the OPFOR of the RLK. The OPFOR of the RLK are actually rebels operating in the Nation's south supported and backed by Communist Sepratists. -------------------- |

Upcoming new W.I.P:
Addition of a 100rnd C-MAG to the FNC with Bi-Pod. Will become the staple of the RLK Infantry Section. On the Flip of the spectrum, the Baiks Manufacturing Company has produced a copy of the AK-74, which has become popular with Leskap Sepratists. Here is an example of one captured by an RLK Special Forces Team. -------------------- |

Both of those seem disproportioned and or stretched? + The beta c magazine was proven not to be all that reliable when used in Iraq / all the other little wars America is fighting atm.

At the Pics, yeah, was a quick snap from a wrong resolution.
and as for the C-MAG, while it was proven in-effective in Iraq, it appears to be suitable to the low-combat tasks of the RLK. Most RLK SF units are equipment with M249's and other currant service weapons -------------------- |

Dan, i will tell you what i have told you several days earlier.
I am actually the one who made the models. They have not been released on CS, nor any other game format yet as of this stage. Nor have they been properly textured or config'd for any other game aswell Also pointing out that the AKS-74 has a lot of features from the BIS AK that i have edited, so i guess some credit will go to BIS for the release, other than that, just a lot of hard work by me working my way through 3DS. If you have any doubts, i pray you find an original author, or even a download URL for any other game or for the models themselves, becouse i believe you will find no such things exist, only the ArmA downloads . -------------------- |

The AKs textures is deffo partially Millenias. Looks like you copy pasted his work, then realigned several screws and now you claim it as your own.
Prove me wrong. edit.: Oh, and thats Twinkes AK47 This post has been edited by Revski: Sep 17 2008, 12:22 -------------------- |
