Good work, I didn't pick that up. Perhaps it is a different type of T72?

LooseKannon, please don't post pictures of the pre-test version of Armed Assault. Only from Released Game.

Just one more thing, if you want to discuss ArmA please use the Discussion thread. Should be like 1 picture and 50 replies to it. We better wait for the ArmA release here in Germany, after that you'll be bombed with pictures from me

Can anyone, please, take a screenshot of a destroyed vehicle? I've already seen the Black Hawk (is it a static object, by the way?) but I'm interrested to see more.

You could view one of the latest movies, I think it was the one of 197mb. It shows a couple of vehicles being destroyed. It looks pretty weird IMO. -------------------- |

Depth of field...
It's ingame, you can use it in cutscenes, and during play it shows up when you're using optics or ironsights AFAIK. Depth of field simulates the effect of being focused on one spot, so most of the things on sides of the screen get blurred, you can also blur background or foreground while taking pictures with an actual camera, but I'm assuming you can do the same with camera.sqs in ArmA. I think Wikipedia has an article on DoF, look it up. Holy moly! These photos look enchanting! Sooo sweet The use of depth of field in game is simply stunning! Btw: depth of field is something belongs to human eye at once. all cameras and other stuff were created observing what human eye does. If you focus on your mobile phone's screen while walking outside you see the rest of your vision, the street, half blurred. If you switch your focus from your mobile to street and vice versa repeatedly you notice that human eye needs 0.5 sec or more time for the switch. The distance between the two points affects the latency. It would be just better if ArmA includes the latency as well. (e.g; switching from your ironsight to normal view) Can't wait to touch my own copy of ArmA! Gökhan Turkish Union Mod www.turkishunion.com |

My god Ian, they look superb! Can we also have some pics of the Commander's MG on tanks in use?? It's in no videos, and I'm really interested to see how well it works! Cheers!
