What the hell do these words even mean?

Well, it's simple really. A "misclick" is a portmanteau of "misc", which is a shorthand way of saying "miscellaneous" and "lick" which is what you do with your tongue. He's saying he's been licking too many miscellaneous things, and has undoubtedly got around to some poisonous frogs or maybe household cleaning products, so his judgement has been understandably impaired.

I think the hyphen is a typo.

See, that's the advantage of a proper constitution. If something stays as fucked-up for such a long period of time the first thing the citizens of another country would do is file a constitutional complaint and make a court remove so unjust a system if politicians won't do it themselves.

This is about their 'winner takes it all' electoral principle. They do have won approx. 50.5% of those votes which gained caucus recognition --- but only about 33% of all votes cast. Due to their peculiar electoral system the allocation of seats has never truly reflected crosssocial majorities in the UK.
