Some New Units Options

Hi,

i work on some Textures for "new" Units, but i have not enough experience to make a hole Mod, or Addon or something.
Firste i need an direction, how to i creat a new Infantry Unit with Weapons, Textures and that. And than, maybe somebody could do with new Textures for Russian Ultranationalists in CoD4 Style, UCK Forces, Serbian Forces and other stuff like that. I spend time in it and it would be pity, if this finde no way in an bigger Projekt, if i cant made my owne.

So i need an direction for that personal viewer Tool, or maybee somebody can help me with my questions.
