JDB, you closed ACSR topic, officialy for "image size", and now you need to close w39 topic, because "screenshots are from wrong program". Competitions for Invasion44 shot down. Well done. blink.gif

He's not closing anything. He is telling you he can't post pictures on the front page that are renders from anything other than O2/Bulldozer. Any further discussion of this will result in a permanent ban for whoever mentions it. There is no collective rivalry between I44 and W99 as they cover 2 completly different areas and periods of the second world war...

You have all been warned now please get along children tiredsmiley.gif

To accuse JdB of a hidden agenda is bollocks and a very serious accusation. First and foremost it shows that you're not open for reasonable argumentation. Please respect that the staff has some internal rules we do not discuss in public, this includes under which circumstances we do post render pictures on the front page and under which not. This is not your business. You will have to either accept that or to leave.

The ban of Yac was fully legitimated, he has only himself to blame.

OK, that was big misunderstanding. Most of us, (as far, as i understand) didn't realise, that JdB talks about main site newsposting. For me, and probably for others, JdB was talking about this forum "internal regulations on newsposting". And the people ware not happy, that the forum has different rule systems, wchich we doesn't know.
Thats all.

That's some odd misunderstanding then. JdBs point is pretty clear in my books.
QUOTE(JdB @ Sep 2 2008, 19:45) *
That's not what I asked. What I asked was in which program the pictures were taken, because if they were not taken in O2, Bulldozer or ingame, we cannot post them in the news.
QUOTE(JdB @ Sep 3 2008, 12:44) *
It is on of our internal rules for newsposting. Whenever it is in doubt what program a picture was taken in, we ask the creator/poster. What you linked to is the rendering map that was released by someone a while ago, it's just bulldozer with parts of an inverted white box.
QUOTE(JdB @ Sep 3 2008, 15:34) *
I said that it was our internal regulations on newsposting that he broke (or rather refused to answer), I never mentioned the forum rules.

That's the point, because he broke nothing.
