Hi guys, ive bought the 505 release of armed assault and ive been playing around with the new weapons and vehicles but i cant find the m16a4 ive tried every class and looked in all of the ammo boxes but its not there, i can only find it while playing online so i was thinking do you have to use script to assign it to a soldier when using the mission editor and if so how. I have no idea how to script on arma and any help would be greatly appretiated.

It's not in game yet, I think. There's however the models & textures for it in one of the pbo's. I think it's still WIP and will be included in the upcoming patch.

Just use the addweapon command in the init line of the soldier, if it's coded it should work. Atleast the classname ("M16A4") is listed in this list.
