I don't know but there's a program called XP-Antispy where you can disable these error messages =)

as far as i know you only can disable the part offering to inform microsoft about the error that occured, but not the message itself as far as i know. would hardly make sense, even if they are to stupid too help as well as i am too stupid to translate the error message into proper language i at least want to be informed before my windows commits suicide.
