Greetings to all!!!
I am having a spot of trouble with a glitch in Cold War Rearmed...
It seems that whenever I place a grenadier or there is a grenadier in a mission there is a flame frozen to the end of the barrel (the flash coming from the end of the barrel when you fire) and it is getting REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!
If anyone would be able to help me fix this error then please give me a yell...

Cheers,
Lyaoz

The attatchment is of a guy not even firing but just standing there with the glitch

This is the infamous "muzzleflash bug" (it was a lot more common in OFP), it's caused by an error in the model.cfg file. You should try redownloading CWR, preferably from a different link to the one you used last, if the problem persists report it as an error to the CWR team.

Would there be any other way of fixing this without re-downloading??? If there was that would be great as my internet is not the nest at handelling large downloads that's all...

Probably not, I don't know if CWR is Binarized or not.

If it isn't, then you could open the pbo and edit the model.cfg file to include the new M16, but I doubt this is the case.

It's also occured to me that the M16A2M203 should be the same model as it was in ArmA, so check if the RACS grenadier has the same bug in Vanilla. It might be a problem with your vanilla weapons pbo file.

Hi, i din't seen the muzzle flash bug on the CWR M16A2 M203 when i played the campaign, as D@ve said must be something with your CWR install or even worst, you ArmA; the only thing that could fix this will be to reinstall the latest CWR and if that don't works... then reinstall the whole ArmA. Let's C ya
