Your patience has paid off soldier !
The first part of the Mod is released, and so you can fight together with our comrades across the Sahrani. Have fun in the number of single player, Evo or Warfare missions ...

New intro animations for all official maps
Improved AI behaviour in formations
Improved behaviour of wheeled combat vehicles
Every CSLA unit may build sandbag entrenchment if he is equipped with "CSLA_sandBagE" magazine.
Sa-58P assault rifle and UK-59L machinegun can be fitted with optics, provided player has optics magazine (CSLA_ZD4x8).
Portable UK-59 machinegun tripod
Script for AI to build/dismantle MG tripod on a waypoint
Many new additional features on CSLA units, weapons and vehicles:
- numbering of combat vehicles (turn off by CSLA_noRandomNumbers=true;" in mission init)
- random animation on vehicle destruction
- AI uses vehicle-mounted weapons efficiently, including use of fire bursts
- AI uses pistols as auxiliary weapon

@maps: ... in this Phase no. But it would be nice to find some "Middle Europe" style island in corresponding quality or (still unfinished) Everon. We have limited HR.

Patch 1.01

- tweaked UK-59 tripod scripts
- temporarily removed cannon animation on BMP-2
- tweaked scripts for generating numbers on vehicles
- added 4th digit on numbering of air vehicles
- tweaked "CSLA: US '80s" groups containing M1A1
- removed M1A1 model, default BI model used instead
- added bandage "Bandage vz.80" (CSLA_Ob80) and possibility of self-healing (+20%)
- updated zoom on Meopta optics
- updated CSLA Warfare 1.1 Ares (does not require update of csla_warfare.pbo)

Bandage Vz.80
- When player is more than 20% injured, he can administer bandage as a first aid. It will restore up to +20% health. Player cannot heal himself over 90% of health.

New version of MOD has been released - ČSLA3 - Phase 1 v1.02

- added static AGS-17 grenadelauncher on tripod

Perfect, really perfect for models, textures & anims. And I like very much your carefully made kits for those soldiers, very realistic and give ture combat atmosphere for soliders in the front line. Although the army of the country is not powerful, the Mod is very impressive.
As for some new features, seems very interesting such as AI could build trenches & sadbags. Could you tell how to use such features? Now I launch FDF, CWR and CSLA in the same shortcut. So whether the soldiers from other Mods or P85 Project could also act like that?

All features are added only to CSLA and CSLA US units.
Maybe it can be used on another units via some scripting commands or maybe we will try make some game logics (as are in ARMA2) which add all features from CSLA to all units on map.

Just wanted to ask;
What are your development plans for the future? Are the "ugly" Praha vehicles and Tatra mounted rocket launchers find it's way into A1 mod? Generally; will the upgrades still continue or do you plan to switch to A2 only at some time?

I don't know yet, If we will release Phase2 to A2 only or if it will be for A1 too. I think that technicaly it will not be problem make release for both games but it will be dependent on interest from players.

If that could be done, would be extremely nice. For ARMA and ARMAII, now we could use units from different Mod in the same map and some features of your Mod would be very useful for WW2 scenario as well.
For your future plan of Mod, of course that's up to your interest. Just a suggestion, maybe could turn to some other theme besides CSLA army. Undoubtless, your comprehensive modding ability is great ( we could see that from all from your CSLA Mod ) and could combine it with some hot themes.

Attention !
New ČSLA 3 MOD patch with marking v1.03 has been released.
Take cover soldier ! Fulcrums and Hinds are searching their targets !




Contents:
- added 3 versions of MiG-29A "Fulcrum"
- added 3 versions of Mi-24 "Hind" (1x D, 2x V, random jaws displayed)
- added small rowboat
- added new objects (fake MHQ, Medical heliport) - not only for WF
- improved stability on dedicated server
- many tweaks in CFG and scripts
- AI units are more sensitive now
- added 2 new SP missions (Riders On The Storm, Clear Sky)
- updated MP missions Domination and Warfare to v1.1 Cerberus

Of course you need to have ČSLA 3 MOD in v1.02 before patching.

Installation
Unpack mod to main folder of your Arma installation, keeping the folder structure.
You need patch 1.14 or higher to run the mod properly.
