BI Tools, How To? Options

Hey there everyone!

Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to a tutorial or something as such so I can learn how to take a pre-made soldier model and go through the steps to add my own camouflage, weapons and all that good stuff? I'm sure i'll have already come across it before, i'm just too dopey to tell what's what. I have already have BI Tools for ArmA II but never used them. It looks pretty dawnting to use if i'm honest...
