A mod-topic will only be pinned if that mod has released a version (can be any, pre-alpha, alpha, beta, final etc) of it's mod to the public. We defined a mod as a collection of many addons, map(s) and campaign(s). You must also visit the forum from time to time, to keep the topic up to date, and to ensure help by someone who has actually developed the mod is guaranteed. If you think your mod deserves to be stickied, please PM a moderator.
