I've been wondering, is there any way to have units that are 'playable' start already in avehicle at the beginning of a mission. For instance a palayble squad in a flying helicopter.

As so far the only way to get this to remotely work is to have the squad start outside the vehicle and set a 'Get In' waypoint but for some missions this isnt possible or just plain frustrating __furious.gif . I've tried using the 'Assign as Cargo' Init script but this doesnt seem to allow them to be playable either.

Anyone found a solution?

Very easy. Name the vehicle as you like (helo for example) and write this in the init line of one of the group members :

CODE
{_x moveincargo helo} foreach units group this
