Apologies if this topic is in the incorrect place.

At http://ofp.gamepark.cz , your 'mother' site, I have came across quite a lot of download links that require a password to access. This happens in the MODs Page, Footmunch's AN-72, Gnat's Kuznetsov, to name but a few. Why does this happen? Will it be fixed?

I don't think the site is maintained to that degree atm...but I could be wrong, Cervo'd be the one to talk to bout that i think.

Those pages probably still contain the old ofp.info/ofp.gamezone.cz download links, you need to replace that bit with ofp.gamepark.cz to get them to work.

I tried it again and the first time I clicked on the link it didn't work. Second and third time was alright though.

Thanks for fixing those links!

Hi

im new here

Another weird thing is for some reason I can't access ofp.gamepark.cz anymore
I use firefox and when I go to that link it says "The server at ofp.gamepark.cz is taking too long to respond."

And I've tried it on Internet Explorer too

And another weird thing is, my cousin that lives 45 minutes away can access it just fine.

Can someone help please?

Ditto. It just sits there doing nothing and then times out.

I can get in there just fine.

I know Helping Hand is using AOL, are you using it too?

AOL never had problems with it before unless their DNS server moving plan has cocked something up again.

Whats your ISP?

You could try accessing it through a proxy as a test

Hmm weird, do you still have the problem ? it might be DNS broadcast problem.

go to command prompt and type

nslookup ofp.gamepark.cz

It should give you a resolved IP adress like this:

CODE
Nom :    wookurka.allstar.
Address:  82.208.14.125
Aliases:  ofp.gamepark.cz

If there's no response, it's a dns problem so you might retry later.

Odd, because that would mean that there is nothing wrong with the connection, so that leaves your computer, that somehow is not processing the packets in the browser like it is supposed to. This might be caused by a virus, program (like a tweaking program), one or more service(s) that are conflicting etc.

if you are using firefox, you can try the switchproxy plugin to test if it works with a proxy.

I got in via a proxy from 9y2.net and that works so I'm confuzzled why my pc doesn't like it it as it should. PC is clean and hasn't found any malware in scans so again confuzzlement.
