Hello folks, writing this post partly in behalf of the CiA team.
BIS forums thread with all the needed info. CiA is an organized, fairly long-lived MP teams mostly centered around the FDF mod. During the past year they added the BAS addons to the server, and thus now run both simultaneously. Given the release of ArmA and decreased player amounts (as far as I know), the previously closed (ask-for-password) games are now without a password and open to anyone - thus it became a public server. So the addons are the same as on ofp.info with few additions (FDF and BAS Tonal orig., some Kegetys stuff). CiA games on Wednesdays and Sundays at 1900 GMT (+1 during daylight savings).
