Armed Combat Service features 1ps games tailored to enhance the preference of the player. We have 5 game servers, AA, ArmA, OFP, Combat Arms, and COD4! With realism games coming out such as Operation Flashpoint 2 and Armed Assault 2 we will support them. Also we utilize Ventrilo, GSC and Teamspeak as our voice servers. The group features prior service personnel who foster teamwork and ensure proper instruction. Rank system will be ARMY. Rules are few and simple. 3 strikes your out policy in effect! Time in grade will start when the application is filled out on the forums. Attendance earns medals & promotions for the particular game you play. As long as you’re playing a featured game with ACS, TIG(Time in Game) will count. Based on past experience, ACS will no longer count on members who are only showing up to receive ranks & medals. After 1 month of no-show or contact, you will be erased. Real life issues such as deployments, CPU, etc are to be posted on the forums. *S* Aug 11th 2004 the Air Tactical Engagement Force or better known as the ATEF clan was born. It was created by ex ICM members still wanting to play Operation Flashpoint. So then the ATEF was born & led by Eagle. Sad as it may seem, the ATEF will always live in the hearts of a bunch of guys [& Gals] going on dangerous missions. The heroes were many, the victories together as a team were a tale to be told. Not to mention the many accolades ATEF has accomplished. Never has there been a successful USAF clan & lived to tell about it. We have had over 213 guys join or pass through here in 3 years that is a monstrous feet in itself. Max clan strength was at 58 online with 48 in game. Thousands of dollars in server payments & donations. Many long hours contributed by past & present members. 6 websites to keep things fresh. around 9 training maps featuring many kits & tactics. & that is just to name a few. The clan folded Aug 15th 2007 due to lack of attendance & participation. We then scraped up what members we had and moved to ICM again featuring Armed Assault game only. While it was good at 1st, it too then succumbed to lack of interest among members. Pandy and Eagle (aka.St@r) tried to start it up with little help or support from others. Even though it didn't work out at least both of them can die & said they tried. On Nov 23rd 2007, EagleStar reformed a new gaming group along with the help of D@wg called the Armed Combat Service. As of today the Armed Combat Service has taken off in the right direction featuring 5 game servers & 30 plus members plus many to come !. Many old faces are here as well and the future is very bright so make sure to wear shades. So far the clan has assembled an excellent team In games such as ArmA, AA, & the new COD4 game. Only the most committed members are joining. Do you have what it takes?.
