Are there any? Yes, cheating is bad, whatever, I'm just using it in SP anyway. I kinda want god mode especially, or perhaps there's and addon for this purpose?

Normally, a request for cheats (especially a Godmode one) would be responded to by messages to the extent of "Learn to play better!" (to put it politely).
There is no Godmode cheat for ArmA. There are probably trainers that offer a Godmode cheat, but it will trigger the anti-cheat/copy protection known as FADE, making the game unplayable. Lostkey can be used to test addons and missions and it includes 'god mode' amongst other useful options. Also it wont work in MP.
