Hello. I had this addon a while ago with a vehicle used to pull aircrafts around on the ground by its front wheel. But I have lost it and I cannot seem to find it. Should anyone stumble upon it then I would appreciate information regarding where to get it.

I have another problem, I have been trying to make the re-spawn point on the aircraft carrier but with no success the respawn point is supposed to be 17,50m above sea level but I can only manage to get it at 0m (sea level). Please look at the provided pictures below:
