We're in an aliance with Spain to attack at the same time British territory*, first time I hear that. As far as I know, it was only an "I understand you mate, it is annoying to have those silly tea-drinking buggers. Let's condemn them in a pact that nobody will read nor care after a few weeks!" Over here it was only worth five minutes in a news channel and... That's it.

Retake the Malvinas...Or Gibraltar, for what? And speaking in behalf of Argentina... with what? And do you really think that Spain will risk to attack the Brits, knowing that the whole EU will be against them? Even crossing into the Strain would be a political suicide, even the Spanish aren't that dumb.

And on another note, "oh, poor me, my navy has 50 destroyers instead of the 400 that we used to have in 1960, who will protect us!". Modern wars are unconventional, a big navy is a big expense, and I don't understand who you think that will atack you, or why, even more considering the fact that the UK is sorrounded by their allies.

*Or as they claim!

Since we're with the annoying things, I can add when more than two threads have new posts. It's always spam.

Do people go in the streets angry with their goverments after a flood as in here?

Oh, and I've yet to find a problem that can't be solved with beer (or alcohol in general).

Me and my brother have almost the same tastes in music, but the bastard used to put the songs we both liked in his alarm clock, and being lazy as my brother is, he would snooze for five times every morning. Which means that I was being woke up with the same tune every five minutes. After a few days I couldn't hear the song without recalling feelings of hatred.

Thanks, mate.

In other news, Jorge Rafael Videla, one of the worst men in Argentine history died today in jail. I'm quite happy, more over because he died in prision, instead of being free like many other dictators.

Yes, that's Jimmes Wales, founder of the wiki. And a good news (I guess), now Wales and Sanger articles are a tad more objective, I recall reading wonders of Wales and sh*t of Sanger a few years ago in the wiki.

EDIT: BTW, Witt, since you work in the Police, and you're a volunteer in I-don't-remember-what-but-looks-like-SAR do you have the National Emergency Plan, the various different contingency plans and Communications Plan? I could use it for the uni.

To think that in a few years I may be the one doing those plans... If that happens, say goodbye to Argentina lads.

Actually, spiders are one of the best pests. After all, they eat flies and cockroaches, and the eight legged buddies don't eat our food nor contaminate it.

QUOTE(pMASTER @ Apr 24 2013, 14:00) *
Capitalism undoubtedly is a flawed idea and so is democracy but undoubtedly as well they're the best our flawed species can come up with since they have given more people a certain degree of protection, freedom and wealth than anything else there is or ever has been. And that's not a matter of opinion; it's a matter of fact.

Except for the people who don't even have the basic right to a healty life or can't even live because their mothers where poor, with bad nutrition so their babies were underdeveloped. But hey, that's freedom, right?

QUOTE(pMASTER @ Apr 24 2013, 14:00) *
Like it or not, but even your ability to like it or not at this board you owe to capitalism.

And we own this freedom because of this system? Go and tell the victims of McCarthyism the same thing, sure, they weren't "killed, raped and left for dead in a rotten prision" like in any other "communist country". Even the poor, the workers or the students can't protest without the forces of repression: the police (AGAIN, this isn't against the poor lad that in a corner doing his shift to fed his family, I wouldn't shot a cop, because he's a man before a cop, but the capitalism uses the police as they bodyguard).

QUOTE(pMASTER @ Apr 24 2013, 14:00) *
Those who claimed to speak in the name of the masses and that all people would be equal under their rule managed to kill even more innocent people than the Nazis and that. really. is. a. noteworthy. achievement. And a most telling one. In that light I'd rather suffer the little daily injustices of our system than to trade them in for the unkeepable and always-broken promises and injustices-to-be of Socialism.

Why everytime you put Communism with Capitalism in a balance you say that the Reds MUST kill, or that the communism has killed more people than capitalism. The world has been in some short of capitalism since the start of surplus value. Most war haven't been for ideals, it's for money, dear boy, sweet money. And if you put Russia under Stalin as an example for a Socialist country you're very far from the real deal. In Cuba you don't have social injustices, you have food, you have shelter, you have health and you have top-notch education. Why do you think they don't let them go to other countries, they had a public tuition and that's money the State inverted in you, you can't then go to somewhere else like nothing.

QUOTE(pMASTER @ Apr 23 2013, 19:10) *
Cuba is the place were dissidents get locked up and starve to death in prisons.

We have discussed this before, not going into the same topic again.

BTW, sorry for all the mess in semantics and the-all-present spelling mistakes, I'm tired, very tired, just ten people for a three hour fire. I should take a shower.

Well, actually in Cuba most people are poor, a friend of mine went there a few months ago and told me that, while everyone has work, the money isn't just enogh. They have the basic things covered, like health, education and food, but stop counting there.

Then again, as pMASTER said, everybody is poor, but everybody lives with their basic needs, more than I can said from a lot of European Countries, and I raise the bet! What could have been of Cuba without that ilegal embargo? Which is still in place even after the UN voted against it (Although, the UN isn't a very intimidating force to be honest).

No offense taken, by the way, the had two suspects now, one unidentified and a russian guy, who is on the run. The Yanks have a weird way of doing manhaunts.

Well, back to the topic, I'm not sure that it was a false flag operation nor I'm involving US Goverment in the attacks, but I find it weird that they haven't found a perpetrator o a suspect yet, and the Yanks are fast and good at that short of thing, I mean finding suspects (but not necesary the actual culprit) and making FF Operations (I guess I don't have to give examples to this one, do I).

Of course, seeing the amount of killing sprees that the poor fellas had been having, it could be also a unstable man or woman (but, the former is most common, somehow).

Why of Course pMASTER, 'Murica hadn't a terrorist attack in a while, they have to spice things up, Iran isn't going to invade itself!

Well, what Dave say. Can't agree more.

Oh, and I'm not sad about Chavez, while he did great things for Venezuelans, he was following the same line of bourgeois democracy as any other state. I didn't like him, moreover, his death was a birthday gift!

Should I be sad? Hell, a great leader? Of course, sell everything to private companies, ignore the workers pleas, of course most media will say that she was great, economic liberty works for them.

To hell with that woman, Reagan and the same line of politicians.

A zip-line, more or less, the must have got the victim in a basket and send it down the line.

Rope rescues are the best, tricky but wonderful.
