I only play Arma1-2 on my computer + Cossacks2...And AARRGh...I would like that every PC shipped
from Microsoft should have a forced install of OFP,Arma,Arma2 on all computers sold from NOW ON!!.. And now to the questions... Q0:How do I optimize the system I have for Arma2 and squeeze the most out of it? Q1: Can servicepack3 maka a difference? Q2: Would a new graphiccard make a difference? Q3: Is there better drivers than Omega for Nvidia? Q4: I´ve read that Videomemory should be run at default if you got more than 512mb ram, is this true? Q5: and that shadows could be set to high without affecting quality? Q6: Wich producer is best for Arma2 Nvidia or ATI? Q6: A card better for me than Gef8800GT, is worth spending money on? P5L-MX Graphiccard: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT ( PCI express) Omegadrivers: 2.169.21 Monitor: BenQ, Refreshrate: 60mhz Hardrive Arma2 install: Seagate Desktop USBDevice Filesystem: NTFS Windows Xp Professional, Servicepack 2 DirectX 9.0c Programs using with Arma2 Victor Farbau's FPS Saver Minimum viewdistande:400 Minimum Fps: 24 Using modfolders with ArmaLaunch 1.2: Swedish forces,@ohpa,islands@Oden,Sbrodj_island @ACE,@ACEX,@ACEX_PLA,@ACEX_SM,@CBA,@noblindsun_AiSoundMod and -nosplash -fullscreen Programs tried not using:Gamebooster, Defraged Arma2folder with this program. ---------------- I also would like to say that if Bohemia existed at the stoneage we wouldn´t have a bloddy history, cause everyone would have played a really RAW beta version of one of the best games in the world: Operation Flashpoint. The only games I´ve been buying is Cossacks1-2 + expanions and OFP (and to lots of friends) + Arma+QueensGambit+Arma2. And when I read that "Project reality" will be making a minimod for Arma2 I almost started to cry..My wildest erotic dreams that I did´nt know that I had will come true!!!!!!!! It seems like I have two processors onboard, guess Duo means that, noticed that when I checked in device manager. Do I have to change both processors to 3ghz then, or is it sold as a package with both in the processors in the same box?
