Went to bed at 8 am last morning, woke 7 hours... I average between 6-9 hours, on past-normal school week rougly 6-7 hours a night.

Guys, I am fucken afraid of all diseases on the globe, so I have to ask: You felt very weak? I got it again from 2 days, but I... dont fell weak and sleepy! And I an a bit afraid cause somewhere is Vietnam there is old man which is sleeping about 1 hour in 24 others, and he fell great!..

Read a 'classic' book, they tend to bore you to sleep or death, either way problem solved. I dunno, getting to sleep is different for different people for me it can range from reading, scripting nonsense, browsing the net till i fall asleep or just drinking myself to sleep (not recomended yet oddly satisfying)

found a cure...its called reading about Arabadopsis...worked for me resulted in the best 2 hours sleep i've had in the library
