Yes that is correct, We are in the ArmA/PR combat theater!!! In keeping with the honor and traditions of the Armored Divisions, comes the 2nd Armored Division "Hell On Wheels" is here. The 2nd Armored Division was activated 15 July, 1940. Since then it had a glorious and distinguished history. Commanded by notable leaders such as Maj. Gen. Charles L. Scott, Maj. Gen. Isaac D. White, and of course, the most well known, Maj. Gen. George S. Patton, Jr. 2nd Armored was one of General Patton's "pet" units. And under his command, 2nd Armored faced unspeakable odds to defeat countless enemies in the field of battle. The creation of 2nd Armored was not only to give ArmA/Project Reality gamers a realism unit to call home, but is also a means of showing tribute and honor to those tankers and soldiers of the actual 2nd Armored. We will keep their memories alive in our games, tactics, meetings, and friendship. __________________________________________________ __________ 2nd Armored Gaming is sponsored by Spin LLC and funded as a volunteer vetrans memorial. 2nd Armored is a non profit gaming unit. Now what can 2nd bring for you? If you are into military tactics, realism, and fun, then keep posted here. We are run by actual military combat veterans who know how to bring the battle to your computer. If you wish to be considered for 2nd Armored, post your enlistment papers on our site http://2ndarmoredgaming.us I'm looking forward to seeing you on the battlefield.
