Allow 200kb pictures, (Discussion) Options

Hello,

I think there are not many 56kb users outside anymore, so it would be nice to set the picture kb limit from 150 to 200kb.
A normal jpg picture is looking with 200kb quiete better as with 150kb.
A fast internet connection is available everywhere, even if they can't use DSL there are cheap UMTS flatrates etc. already in use.
Everybody with a 56kb connection has the possibility to get fast internet today.
My suggestion is to set the kb limit concerning the reasons above to 200kb.

There is not much point in having a discussion, since we rather recently had one. The limit was raised from 100kb to 150kb (IIRC less than 6-9 months ago). Someone has to be really bad with images to get them over 150kb, and so the compromise was made that if you do get over the increased limit, we take a tougher stance.

Yeah, and I'm sure a 500kb one looks even better
