That's indeed sad to hear vilas, P85 was THE Mod the community was looking for until the ArmA2 release. Horrible that personal differences brought it down
On a sidenote that addonpack you uploaded, what does it contain? And wouldn't it be better to release it in several independend packs (such as Bundeswehr Units, Polish Army ... ) Downloading ~600 MB as one is quite much . -------------------- |

Please do not doublepost vilas. Use the dit button instead.
We as a site can't judge over the current issue atm as we do not really have a deeper insight of what is/was going on (altough I personally understand your anger). So please try to solve this issue in PM or E-Mai (if it can be solved) as we don't want this thread to derail into a flamewar. If you guys need some neutral middleman, just PM me. However we will make sure to be more aware (and notice you) when it comes to addon releases that might involve P85 material, thanks for the info vilas. -------------------- |

But Vilas, what you mean exactly: P'85 want to continue project and they took your addons? Or I understand badly. |

Downloading now! Pitty, but its still P'85! But Vilas, what you mean exactly: P'85 want to continue project and they took your addons? Or I understand badly. It would appear my old buddy thunderbird84, along with a few of his hanger-ons, have hijacked vilas's mod. heh, even more, they banned me from P85 forums and they think they kicked me from mod i started ? This is why on our Invasion 1944 forums, the Administrator & Moderator positions are only given to team leaders (we even renamed those groups to "Leader"). The free modmaking lesson for today: Never give anyone that you do not trust for 200% (and has proven their usefulness over the years) any position of authority (or the possibility to attain one) in your project. No one can become a team leader unless they've actively worked on the mod for multiple years. Also a shame that the discussion regarding this was deleted on the BIS forums. It didn't contain any flaming, just stopping the debate would have been sufficient (and would have looked less like a cover-up). -------------------- |

Vilas,
Still spreading your lies here and there and trying to make yourself look good by playing the victim and writing one of your usual long posts. You took out P'85 and now trying to throw the fault on others... getting used to your inexistant sense of 'valors'. Just see how you behave towards Jarek (Topas), the man who did all of your textures, Everyone left the team because of your childlish behavior and your pointless and arrogant attitudes. As if it was just about 'me' who you accuse of trying to 'steal your leadership' in your paranoia, the whole team would have simply put me outside. We all have been walking on eggs to respect every choice and every decision you did, despite the irrationality of a large part of them and you have always been a dick towards us all, you never took into consideration any of our efforts and to complete the long list, you stab us back like a traitor by releasing the MOD without the rest of the team permission. But believe me, you won't make a long route by doing so. My first and last post within these boards, so long TB84 |

Closed to prevent a flame war.
None of us outsiders can know what the truth is so I want you folks to not even start discussions about it. Vilas, My dear Sir, what is this correction supposed to effect? For us here it's just his word against yours and vice versa. Ergo: Your reaction wasn't quite mature either and I understand your reputation among trusted members like D@V£ legitimates me to strongly encourage you to keep your promise and have that been your first and last post in here.Still spreading your lies here and there and trying to make yourself look good by playing the victim and writing one of your usual long posts. You took out P'85 and now trying to throw the fault on others... getting used to your inexistant sense of 'valors'. (...) My first and last post within these boards, so long TB84 Vilas, contact the staff if you need this thread open again for further word concerning your releases. -------------------- |
