That's indeed sad to hear vilas, P85 was THE Mod the community was looking for until the ArmA2 release. Horrible that personal differences brought it down

On a sidenote that addonpack you uploaded, what does it contain? And wouldn't it be better to release it in several independend packs (such as Bundeswehr Units, Polish Army ... )

Downloading ~600 MB as one is quite much .

and all soldiers are in one pack , like all vehicles in 2 files , all weapons in 1 file
mod is some big files

We as a site can't judge over the current issue atm as we do not really have a deeper insight of what is/was going on (altough I personally understand your anger). So please try to solve this issue in PM or E-Mai (if it can be solved) as we don't want this thread to derail into a flamewar. If you guys need some neutral middleman, just PM me.

However we will make sure to be more aware (and notice you) when it comes to addon releases that might involve P85 material, thanks for the info vilas.

It would appear my old buddy thunderbird84, along with a few of his hanger-ons, have hijacked vilas's mod.


And there was me having forgiven him for that whole fiasco with the uncredited addons back in the day...

This is why on our Invasion 1944 forums, the Administrator & Moderator positions are only given to team leaders (we even renamed those groups to "Leader"). The free modmaking lesson for today: Never give anyone that you do not trust for 200% (and has proven their usefulness over the years) any position of authority (or the possibility to attain one) in your project. No one can become a team leader unless they've actively worked on the mod for multiple years.

Also a shame that the discussion regarding this was deleted on the BIS forums. It didn't contain any flaming, just stopping the debate would have been sufficient (and would have looked less like a cover-up).

i wait for help of some people who told me secret, maybe they can help on BIS forums, where now hijackers took voice, i hope people who know what i am talking about can bring help in next days

You took out P'85 and now trying to throw the fault on others... getting used to your inexistant sense of 'valors'.

Just see how you behave towards Jarek (Topas), the man who did all of your textures,
Everyone left the team because of your childlish behavior and your pointless and arrogant attitudes.
As if it was just about 'me' who you accuse of trying to 'steal your leadership' in your paranoia, the whole team would have simply put me outside.

We all have been walking on eggs to respect every choice and every decision you did, despite the irrationality of a large part of them and you have always been a dick towards us all, you never took into consideration any of our efforts and to complete the long list, you stab us back like a traitor by releasing the MOD without the rest of the team permission.

- almost all weapons models and textures except RHS RPG-22, Skavens M60, PKW M14/M21 and LAW M72, Col.Faulkner reticles and models of British scopes
- almost all models of units except those Yaciek's
- configs for weapons, units, vehicles
- many many vehicles, improving other's made vehicles

Yaciek:
- PKW weapons M14, M21, M72 LAW
- Pilots, some soldiers models or gear, textures, normalmapping for them, RVMATs,
- some animations help

Topas:
- textures for many soldiers , civilians,
- imroving of my basic textures for vehicles , and his own textures completly new for many many vehicles and completly reworking my basic textures

Thunderbird:
- config work , addapting scripts, user interface, general "look" of editor and etc. removed for his request
