Hey, whats changed with your download links now?
I click on it (several) and my Kapersky gave me a warning IE was being redirected to another site/link .....
A bit suspect so I've had to block the action.

Probably something to do withg the site being switched to a new server, and them having to find temp hosting while the switch takes place? I'm probably wrong on that.

As far as I can tell they still go to the .info FTP so it's not going to a site other than armedassault.info.

I could be wrong though, Cervo or Deadeye will probably be more help regarding this.

As Jackal said we upgraded our server, however it's already over and so far we haven't encountered a problem.
Everything should be fine, so if you are redirected to another site that was definately not our intention. Could you give me a link to one of the addons that made problems ?

I'll also inform Cervo about it, he can have a deeper look into this.

Sry for the inconvinience Gnat

PS: Have you tried it with another browser (Using firefox without a problem)

Hmmm, now its blocked I can't see the detail.
In the Kaspersky log I think its;
7/01/2009 9:04:14 PM The outgoing enrypted connection to server 65.55.195.250 on port 443 will be checked for viruses by certificate substitution.
or same for 65.55.157.59

I should have saved the message, it was something about a web site k****.k****.com
2 obsure words starting with k

... sh*t, I'm going to have trouble unblocking it because the true download link is hidden and I can't identify the specific item to unblock in my blocked list sad.gif

Forwarded to Cervo, I can't help you there as I don't have root access.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean with that however the direct download path is this one (if you meant it this way) :

ftp://ftp.armedassault.info/armad/addons/csj_atvp.7z <-- for CJS's latest release.

Maybe it was caused because the download server IP changed, and when you click on a download link on www.armedassault.info it actually redirects to another server (ftp.armedassault.info).

Hmm I doubt it is the good log entry, port 443 is for HTTPS and we don't use it on our site... I mean it's not even in our source code!

As deadeye said, link should be ftp://ftp.armedassault.info/...

Thanks Deadeye, Cervo.
I reverse engineered you ftp name into an IP address, searched my blocked IPs for the 91.xxxxxx and unblocked the 2 matching, then clicked again and saw the attached pic.
..... this time I "Allowed".
