I only have about 150 hrs on record, but I've a few friends with over 700 hours and one with nearly 1.2k hours, so...

Eehhh, tried Arma 3 again with the latest patch, really struggling to get into it. Feels really clunky and I can't summon the enthusiasm to tweak my settings.
Spent most of my gaming time over the last year or so in MechWarrior Online.

EDIT: Although I have just this second noticed the first campaign mission was released. Suppose I better give it a whirl...

Blah, work. 4 more weeks until I get a month off.

Had a big storm come through and cause havoc a week ago, I was diverted to a rural property;

We had to cut our way in, two trees down on the entrance drive.

And some fun at the Multicultural Festival, two very hot days with associated casualties, checking peoples welfare in the extreme heat and some traffic direction

There were some perks.

See we share our weather with you! lol
Hopefully not to much damage and the perks got to help clear a few trees of their own.

So yeah Ukraine etc. Putting aside the obvious, if the Ukrainian Naval commanders hold true to their word and don't surrender are we really going to witness the first modern surface sea battle in history? Ukrainian Frigate and a Corvette Vs Russian Corvettes and a Destroyer ...

Going to be lazy and quote someone from MilitaryPhotos.net who knows about naval forces:

QUOTE
Those naval assets will not last long in a shooting war. These are not ships built for naval combat but for patrol and anti-submarine warfare.
None of the ukrainian ships have any form of anti-ship missiles and the only one that has at least heavy guns and anti-aircraft missiles is still in the med.

That's not a modern surface sea battle, it's a turkey shoot.

Very true. Heading to bed, up at 0700 GMT, 4h after the deadline. Wonder if it'll flash? nuke.gif
edit: http://crimea-media.ru/Web.html about 40 webcams around Crimea most working live in real time. Few pro-Russian camps in squares but nothing military today. Worth checking out tomorrow if the internet stays up.
