Women doing airsoft... I wanna marry one of those.
EDIT: Mein God! An ELCAN sight? How much does it cost? And some guys are without the protective mask, isn't obligatory? This post has been edited by Benoist: Feb 6 2009, 03:19 |

There wasn't an elcan on site that day so don't know where ye seeing it...
Only eye protection is obligatory, if you want to you can go without the full face, I was using a pair of Viper Stealth Goggles as they are called which I'll be replacing with some clear shooting specs for when it gets darker. Though anyone under the age of 16 (could be 18 can't remember of the top of my head) has to wear full face protection when at Section 8. Why do people find women airsofting so odd...personally from the women I've met the ones who don't take the chance to shoot guys are the odd ones -------------------- Never before in the history of man, was so much buggered up by so few.

Sorry, I mean EOTech, don't know why I said ELCAN, I must mess it up because of the sight in the guy with WW2 clothes (which really clash with the other uniforms) rifle.
How many rounds has a magazine that in RL has only 30 rounds? |

'tis a nice gun, once I've got my FAMAS, MP5K and MG36 sorted (or in between them) I may invest in a Warrior G22 or JG Bar 10 (had a handle of the G-spec and it's a nice gun to hold and shoot with).
What optics you going to be mounting on it Hornet? As for the guy in WW2 clothes, in the UK Airsoft is mostly played for fun with a few milsim places so generally you won't be judged for what you wear and use. Also considering where the rest of the games were played his choice in kit was better as it didn't show up as much as S95 does against pine needles, will probably be investing in some PLA Mountain camo for next winter. -------------------- Never before in the history of man, was so much buggered up by so few.

Does anyone have any experiences of King Arms products? I'm interested about the FN FAL of theirs, but I've only heard bad feedback of their products, so I was wondering if it's worth the money.

Odd, I've heard all round ok things about their kit, with the exception of their mid cap mag sets having feeding issues.

Get those firing positions stable... (yes, I do spent most of my time at the firing range nowadays)
Might have to show up there some day. If I can't bring in my M15A4 across the seas, I guess I'll just have to lend something. G36 and M14 should be fine with their AK-like mag releases, and M4s work fine too! Flecktarns or OD pants and OD sweater... plus a Condor tan fleece cap (same stuff you might see USMC wear in Iraq) and BW gloves... that ought to be fun. Doesn't really work that well here right now, though. This post has been edited by Blackscorpion: Feb 7 2009, 23:32 -------------------- Hakkaa päälle Pohjan poika!
Words were coming out of my fingertips faster than my thoughts could process them in my brains... My plead is for temporary insanity that was caused by permanent insanity of very, very twisted nerve cluster that's called brain matter, that's supposed to be grey but isn't, it's black and has a somewhat sarcastic and dark sense of humor, or lacks it totally. If you were to hop on a ferry across the North Sea (always a right laugh, French mate of mine did it and everyone in his group was sea sick) you can get it in if your driving or in a bus group.
Flecktarn whilst being fugly (I know PLA Highland camo is just a slight more brown version of flecktarn but only going for that for a future load out) is probably the best all year round camo in Scotland, DPM is the dogs danglies during summer though Will no doubt don some CCE for the summer/spring months, get a FFL load out going ^^ (Sans Kepi Blanc, falls under the: not to be worn unless you've earnt it rule I've got) Putting together money for my kit and a trip down south is not fun at all ¬_¬ -------------------- Never before in the history of man, was so much buggered up by so few.

Looking at Close to £250 for a semi realistic Fallschirmjäger loadout minus webbing.... DPM on the otherhand about £100... Damnation of the highest jiggly degree.
