hi friend how to import .p3d file in 3dmax?

There should be an "export as 3DS" option in the Oxygen file menu. (I know it's disabled in some versions though, so you may need to have a look. IIRC the ArmA.2 version has it enabled)

Also, please keep in mind that the APL does not allow you to export BI's data to other games.

hi very thank but when i import it say UNABLE TO LOAD BINIZARED VERSION OF THE P3D

I WANT JUST GET IRAN SOLDIER FOR ANIMATION AND MEN OF WAR

Binarized models (ODOL format) are an encrypted, optimized version of the regular model file (MLOD format). You need the non-binarized version of the model. Try asking the creator of the model if he wants to send it to you.
