Part of a set of fictitious skins for 11./ZG26 ~ March-April 1945

---

Weiße 4 + ~

Finished in a very unorthodox mixture of RLM75, RLM76, RLM76 (Variation Thereof), RLM77 and RLM83 The aircraft is one of a set I'm skinning that were meant to have (Fictitiously) operated from Hoya in North Western Germany.
It's also one of only 15 or so airworthy Me 410s left in the closing weeks of the war in Norway with 11./ZG 26 (Not Fictitious)

My take on History goes as such; mellow.gif

11./ZG26 was selected to receive the ME-410D-2s to replace it's ME-410A-1s due to the Dora's superior high altitude performance with respect to the Anton and their being Zerstörers. The prospect of the dedicated high altitude Me-410C becoming operational was getting ever slimmer then the project was cancelled altogether...
The aircraft of 11./ZG26 flew from their base in Stavanger-Sola (Norway) and flew to Denmark just days before the Country's surrender to the Allies. From there they flew to Lübeck (germany) and from there they finally ended up at Hoya (NW Germany). The 410s operated from the grass strip at Hoya with the most basic of accommodation and equipment present there in the closing weeks of the war... Hidden out of sight of aerial patrols by the Allies' they were only rolled out of cover to scramble to intercept the still present threat of the Allied bomber formations. On May 8th 1945 11./ZG 26 capitulated to the Allies destroying most of their aircraft.
3U+CC is the only Survivor today of ZG26's Hornissen.

Skin(S) is/are not meant to carry a political message

Mark.

Here is my first ArmA 2 screen. Hope you like it, many more will come! smile.gif I used photoshop almost everytime in ArmA 1, but A2 looks so good that I don`t need to enhance anything. smile.gif I used old icp static anims because I don`t know names of those new A2 anims yet. I also tried to use Modul static anims but they are not working.

Hi GI Joe, bum-bum 5 dolar? rofl.gif

Wow, care to explaing a bit more please?

You loaded the HMMWVS in the C-130* or it's just for cosmetics?

EDIT:
*I don't care if you physically loaded them, or just you drop them by a script from the Hercules .

That was just for effect unfortunately, it wasn't really dropped from the C130, but the parachute was attached to the hummer and it was dropped realistically.

More practical usage would be...:

Truck of Hay
Cow in Pickup
Dog in Pickup
ZU23 on Pickup

Anything can be loaded onto anything with the attachTo command.. Think of it as Gmod but for ArmA smile.gif

hmm so basically you put a init script that the hummer would start that high in the air attached to a Parachute?(with nothing to do with the C-130 whatsoever?

cuz if it was like that.. then i'd double wish that Physical loading vechiles to the C-130 would be possible in the E.U release/Future Patches just image of the possibilities!!! weirdsmiley.gif

Of the top of my head you could script it so it would look like the object is being dropped from the C130.

For example, when your C130 reaches a waypoint/enters a trigger you spawn the parachute then the attached object and use an identifier in the script for each one to use the attachTo function.

But when you have the crate attached to the heli, there is inertia in all that or it just stay in the same place all the time? What happens when you touch ground?

Sorry for so many question, but you open the Pandora's Box, you said we could ask tongue.gif
