It's Polish and roughly means "Command Unit".

I need to point out, though, that I do not know if the Polish word for "Command" - in the sense of "commanding" - means the same as "Commando" in the sense of "special forces". I reckon the first.

Kind of late, but better late than never. The "Przodujacy Pododdzial" badge is given to soldiers that are (either permanently or temporarily) part of what NATO calls a "Battlegroup" or "Task Force" as originally conceived by the Germans during WW2 ("Kampfgruppe"). A highly-flexible mixed unit that is typically composed of an infantry battalion and/or armoured regiment with additional ground-based (AA-systems, artillery etc) and air support based on operational requirements and intended use (offensive or defensive). Part of the concept (at least partially due to post Cold-War budget cuts no doubt) of smaller units that can do everything that much larger units can, with all branches of the military integrated under one command.

Hi, so then... i understand that this "high commando" patch belongs to a joint unit?, made out of specialist of all the army's branches to create a specialist "big unit" (more than a company, near a regiment) capable of conduct war missions with their own means; that's what i've extracted from your words JdB.
That's good... but could someone tell me what exactly the words on the patch mean?, if possible... translated to english, or even better!! translated to spanish; but i don't ask for miracles... so in english will be enough. Thanks again. Let's C ya
