Today is a great day for our mod, we managed to import our 1st weapon into ArmA, although is a very early work, the weapon is playable. A lot of parts need to be modelled, and the weapon needs texturing, the texture here is for reference only. For our achievement we feel that we have to thank Jackal326, cause his effort shows us the way, of importing a eapon in ArmA is possible.
p.S. The clip hasn't yet modelled that's why is missing
here are some screens

some problems till now.
is the fact that the model has no shadow, i suspect that this is cause of the file format. But we have to wait and see in future.

although the model is very early, our 1st goal to import it into ArmA achieved, and the best part is that the weapon is working. I hope by the end of this week, to have the model with all the missing parts and appropriate textures ready by 100%.

no that's not photoshop, it's the HKG3A3 (made 100% from scratch by me) with a bad texture on it, in fact is the texture i used to create the shape, and i put it for sample reasons, now i'm working the final version with correct textures, i hope really soon, youl'll have images closer to the final result, and i hope soon after the hkg3a3 itself to see it in practise.
But defentely that's not photoshop, maybe, i shouldn't rush myself and put a better texture on it. But that wasn't my point, the point was that i manage to import the 1st model for my mod into ArmA and furthermore it's playble and working (with some small bugs though).

1st person yeah, but not through the sights cause i haven't made it, and it's empty.

here is your proof, i guess isn't the same, the UVW map isn't complete that's why has grey lines etc....

but i will not post any other pics of the weapon, i don't want to spoil the fun for those waiting for it. if you want more and you still don't believe i have a proposition for you. my msn is mmstudiosnt@msn.com, add me, and ask me for screenies on different angles, etc, then count how much time i need to have it ready. i believe that nobody can make in 5 mins a photoshop image like that. if i have it ready in less than 5mins then i'm telling you the truth.
I'm here in the OFP community for more than a year, and i never laid about my addons, i never post pics of others presenting them as my work, and i never said something that i didn't do!! these things you should know about me!

thanks.and if you didn't/don't believe me it's ok. everyone has the right of doubt and especially in the mod scene, where everyone pop ups things all the time. It's fine for me (no hard feelings), thanks for your kind words. I'm trying hard to make the g3 as close to real as possible. Though texturing is quite rough, and keeping in mind that we haven't the BIS tools yet relesed, i'm afraid how close to ArmA ascpects the weapon pack will be. From my side i'll do my best with the current knowledge i have on OFP/ArmA modding, and tools available,to make it as excellent as i can. Off course the final judge will be up to the player.
