4th Infantry Brigade

4IB aims at being the number one realism unit for Armed Assault. Comprising of members of the US Armed forces we have the experience and knowledge needed to bring players the closest experience of what it's really like.

- Promotion system based on time-in-grade and experience, not how well you can frag.
- Intense roleplaying in game, lax but courteous atmosphere out of game.
- Mature group of gamers.

What we bring to ArmA: Realism, our server is set up to obtain the maximum amount of closeness to the real deal as possible. Personally I (Raynor) have over 7 years of experience in bringing people together to simulate as closely as possible. We also step to the plate to bring a defined set of tactical manuevers and a highly trained group of personell tasked with teaching those tactics to all of our new members. In 4IB bootcamp raw recruits are transformed into knowledgeable soldiers.

4th IB Mission Statement

Our goal is to execute missions, for the safety and preservation of citizens of the United States, with targeting discrimination and purpose, and with little or no collateral loss to non-combatant populations. To provide an Infantry Brigade organized, equipped and trained for modern warfare. To function in the protection of life and property and the preservation of peace, order and public safety, under competent orders of military authorities.

SSG Raynor

Hello,

4IB is still alive and kickin', got a "Intro" video for you to see created by sniper pilot. Don't mind all the chopper porn.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=NOIhUBiOn9o

Lots of development here at 4IB, have released our new BCT ( Basic Combat Training ) system consisting of a "Qualification Card". Using this recruits are now able to work self-paced through the material.

Also under development is a Training Repository website which will contain all of the FM's we've created as well as items of significant knowledge pertaining specifically to Armed Assault.

So if you'd like come by and check us out at http://4thib.com
