I have this config and I have 45-60 fps in high:

INTEL Quad Core Q8200
2GB ram dual channel
GeForce GTS 250 1GB
ASUS P5Q
Wingay XP SP3

I think you need to buy a new config weapons_owned.gif

Because your GeForce is old... your CPU is medium for arma... and why you have 4GB ram ? xp use only 3,5GB...

Why is your GeForce GTS 250 1GB cheaper than mine Geforce 8800 GT 512MB

GTS 250 1GB $163.77
Geforce 8800 GT 512MB $274.99

I don't know why but GTS 250 is better:

My GTS 250 is in reality a 9800GTX+ (a little better)

Try Kegetys' no bloom mod, it should increase FPS:

This addon would be nice on armedassault.info frontpage troo wink.gif.

where on earth are you spending that much for an out of production card? Its not even sold on newegg anymore, and the highest priced 9800gt i could find there was 159. (a 9800gt is essentially a rebranded 8800gt) I hope you didnt pay that much for it I would go cry in a corner you could get a gtx280 for that price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814130493.

Unless you bought the thing back in 07. If thats the case thats why it cost 274, technology goes down in price as it ages. If you bought that 8800gt at that price within the last year year and a half, you got strait up SCAMMED.
