hi,
i bought ArmA 2:OA from steam and i want to know if i can apply the 1.59 patch?

If you have the Steam version you should already have 1.59. (Well, 1.59.79384 according to Dwarden)

If it hasn't updated correctly, try right clicking ArmA 2 in the steam library, then properties local files > verify integrity of game cache.
