It looks like the Mk48 from ArmA 2 and latest patch is 1.16 so I see no reason for even an unofficial patch to claim to be 1.96 or 1.94 for that matter...

thats what we need is some Hemtts and AA systems like the Patriot Missile System that uses the Hemtt truck to be transported here is a pic of a hemtt and a patiot

The problem with stuff like Patriots and similar systems (such as the SA6) is that they've got incredible range. (Patriot has a range of over 150km) Doesn't really translate well into game for the same reason that modern fighter jets don't work too well....
