No offense, but I think your jumping to conclusions before even reading about CWR mod The ghillie is not included because they are bringing the CWC demo over as it was, same kind of units, same vehicles, same islands, same missions ect. They will release everything that was in CWC & res down the road. If you have ever made an addon, you would know how much time it takes, let alone a mod. You have to be patient after all, an remember everyone is doing this in their free time. And In my CWR I am pretty certain I have the exact same advanced options as the default arma, just in different UI. Check the bottom corner of the video options. But like I have read Villa's say in the past, they are two different mods and both have different goals. CWR trying to be as true to OFP CWC as possible an Villa's & TTT to the real thing I agree with your opinion on some points.I mean thats true what CWR mod team want to do,same like in OFP.But i don't like it anyway..for now.Maybe the team will make some advancement in the next version, maybe. But there is noting to coerce me to like this mod.And thats true,i never made an addon, cuz i don't have any experience with mod tools.Anyway!I agree with you, this guys are sacrificeing their time for us,and i'm glad about that. Thank you all! But the CWR mod is not my flavor ''yet'',thats my opinion. p.s.I hope for a stand-alone bradley addon. Greetings DaV!d Armstrong -------------------- |

CWR is my competition, so you know - making Bradley by "Project'85" for CWR would be funny ;]
but we are trying to be more realistic than CWR, as on BI forums written - CWR is about OFP, even if many things in OFP were errors ((developer mistakes , unrealism): as I wrote there: QUOTE in real life - Carl Gustav is not guided launcher, it is strong, but not guided in real life AT-4 Spigot is operated by team, not single man, single man cannot hold all this stuff, and it not fires from shoulder in real life AK do not have "burst" mode , burst mode have Polish Tantal and Beryl AK variants on 5.45 and 5.56 ammo in real life usual Soviet soldier had no chickom (chest pouches), he had webbing and pouch for AK mags on right and pouch for grenades on left side , also in real life most of Soviet troops were wearing khaki/beige uniforms in real life PK and PKM are different in look, while in CWR there is class PK while model represents PKM (difference between PK and PKM is like between AK and AKM, very well seen on receiver, diferent end of barrel, top cover) in real life AKS-74U because of it is destination is not weapon to be used at ranges 500m, but BIS made even in ARMA only difference in model only, not in range and seriously in dispersion RPG-75 which in OFP was given to soviet troops is Czech launcher, Soviets use RPG-7, not 75NH which was Czechoslovak Bradley in woodland is for my VIBI.pbo vehicles pack addon ! inside there was old OFP model, but now we are making better and new one ! so in this pack there is new BMP-1 too and maybe in outer look better than CWR, but inside from OFP, so inside - CWR better and animated; so once agin - this is update of addon that already exist since over 7 months but for my Project 85 old OFP model will not fit Bradley in desert - probably will be standalone as M2 and M2A2 (2 versions too); -------------------- |

That's good news in both fronts!
I didn't like CWR that much, it's trying to hard to be OFP imo -------------------- The Rules - Nothing too complicated, follow these and we'll have no problems.

Hi, i'm posting here cause is a vilas addon i modified.
I maked a grenadelauncher-based Panzerschreck. A Clip taken ingame: - I play w panzerschreck !! (XVID 7.7 mb) or - Youtube I hacked his panzerschreck (i grant permission from Vilas ! ) to fire it from the shoulder or when laying down, cause we cant use the one stored to Vilas ww2 pack from my Tobruk pit (i mean the default crouched ArmA RL position blah blah..). Maybe it could be added in the nohq files ect, as making or adding changes in the actual model will up the poly's & then we will be loosing fps which is not cool lol. But also i feel that vilas has all ready thought of this & it's down to him As he knows what is beast. P.s thanks for your positive comments as they are well received cheers buddy. O and sweet pic ,as getting any good shots of the bradley is not that easy so thanks for that....... -------------------- |
